conducting their business activities. As its helps organisations to transfer data as it provides

parties. Mobiles technology is increasing at rapid speed and it helps company to technology
which provides simple and easy to use devices. The present project is based on Oak Cash &
Carry, it is a Food and Drug store based in United Kingdom. This company is runs its business in
consumer staple industry. It offers large variety of products and supplies them to retailers,
newsagent, local business offices and caterers etc. This project management plan focuses on cost,
resources,scope, time, risk, quality, communication.

P1 Aims and objective of a project
The aims and objective of business is complete all the given task in time and in effective,
efficient manner. The growth and development of every company needs some type of innovative
ideas and creative structure that could increase the productivity and performance (Sirmon and et.
al., 2011). To achieve the goal and objective of the company in proper amount of time digital
technology should be implemented in the process of working. Mobile technology which is a part
of digital world can become best way to achieve the goal of the business in a productive manner.
The advantage of this technology is sharing of any type of information can be done through the
single device at any plan in any time. So this technology helps in saving decent amount of
resources used in an organisation.

Oak Cash and Carry Ltd which is a small business company which deals in caterers and
various types of local business, its is situated in united kingdom. Company chooses the mobile
technology for the growth and advancement in their business which helps company in remaining
competitive in the market. Mobile technology is the most flexible source for sharing various
types of information as it is company and very easy to use (Christopher, 2016). This helps
company as well as customer in making and accepting the payment wirelessly. Through this
communication process between the client and customer also becomes very easy.

Project management plan is a initial document which includes how project plan will
execute, monitor and controlled in manner to perform it in an effective and efficient manner. It
identifies and analyse cost, scope, time, risk, resources and communication related to the
implementation and execution of project plan (Rasula, Vuksic and Stemberger, 2012). In case of
Oak Cash and Carry company should make good communication and create large customer base
so that they can increase their business at large scale. This will help company to enhance their
profitability and productivity. For this company should use mobile technology as it has enhanced
devices for performing multi tasking. Now theses device have access for GPS navigation, instant
messaging and internet browsing. Portable computer devices helping in popularising mobile

components and then working is done on those task which helps improving the productive of the
complete task is known as work- break down structure (Pollock, Wick and Jefferson, 2015). The
main objective of applying this technique is to make the project easier to manage and deliverable

in proper amount of time. WBS can be done at any stage of process its flexibility and
effectiveness are higher when compared to any other activity. This provides necessary structure
that help in determining the cost of estimation and also helps in controlling the various schedule
of work.
Gantt chart
It is the horizontal bar chart made by an American scientist Henry L Gantt used if
effective management of project. It provides the graphical representation of various types of
schedule that helps in planning and coordination different types of tasks (Moser, 2012). In Gantt
chart the viewer can see duration of each task and overall sequencing. In Oak Cash and Carry
Ltd these chart helps in determining the overall timeline and completion date of the task. As this
helps in accessing time a project will take,overall resources used in it and an effective plan which
can help in completing overall tasks. This chart helps in making clear objective,in effective
communication, motivation and management of time while working on a project.

As per shown in the above Gantt chart the selection the topic is done which involves all
the information of the selected project and they have set a duration of two days for it.
Development of aim is necessary to move towards the desired goal and overall review of the
report is prepared which combinable takes 8 days. Research in done by the help researcher and
team member and overall data is collected that takes up-to 15 days. Overall analysis is done by
the experts field in analyst that takes 3 days and submission and implementation of the project
takes around 3 days. At last one day is given for the proper submission of the project report. It is
an effective process and management of time with the work is its main consideration.
