Review of the scenario and current informational operation plan
A complete operational plan should be made up of information relating to human capital.
Financial requirements, assessment of the risks and the project's lifespan. This has to be brought
out in a manner such that it tells where the organization is, where we want the organization to be,
how to get there and the means through which we shall get there. The operation plan which has
been provided by Ozhouse only outlines a summary, objectives and operational priorities that
show the date, priorities and key performance indicators. From the priorities, identifying and
implementing marketing strategies has been given the third priority when it should have been the
first one because the business is interested in making more profits. The priority which has to do
with an environmental-friendly operation will increase the cost of operation hence cutting down
on the profit margins.
There is a mismatch between the objectives which the company needs to achieve and the
priorities the organization has to undertake. For instance, no activity is geared toward building a
company brand to increase sales. The only visible thing is the marketing plan.

The business plan template provided covers the most essential components of a business plan
and when it is used the outcome can be benevolent because areas like executive summary,
mission, vision, objectives, market analysis, target customers and needs, pricing options,
