Finance is first need to start a business and should have a solid planning to continue a
small organisation. Every person who wants to start own business need to have own capital and
business ideas that will help to run a business effectively at market place. This report will
covered small business's report that helps to define how to start a business and what are business
plan to run a business. It will also covered customer vale that helps to increase number of
customer and points to be created customer value (Alviniussen and Jankensgard, 2015).
TASK 1
Industry: A business plan prepared on cafe industry that is in demand for every
youngster as well as other person where they can get high quality coffee, drinks and fast food
with peaceful environment. For proposing this business plan there is need to have small business
idea, funds, obtaining insurance, employees and knowledge about customer taste ( Bell, Dearman
and Wilbanks, 2015). The decided location is Perth city in UK that has approximately 47,180
population and focuses to start a cafe at there in order to serve number of customer and to make
target of customer every month to serve customer through marketing or other sources that will
helps to attract customer. This location will be very attractive because number of institutes are
available near by Perth. For introducing this business plan Canvas business model need to
follow that will helps to provide one page framework for brainstorming and will track continue
learning. By following this model it would concentrate on product and services at reasonable
cost because customers are cost sensitive. This business model will helps to charged certain
amount at low cost.
Name of business: The name of decided business is Qila Cafe that means a place where
every person can buy drinks, coffee, simple meals and snacks as according to their choices. The
reason behind this name is to attach with customer feeling and give them professional product
and services for instance in a palace a king take care and be attentive for its followers and
provide better safety and other services that helps to make trust. Same as Qila cafe will provide
better product and services and would create customer loyalty and beliefs to obtain services
(Dyllick and Muff, 2016).
Visual identity: This shows visual aspect of brands that create a value for business or
reputation through advertisement. The main object of this to understands the need of customer

through capturing data and provide benefits of products and services that should be available at
reasonable cost. Qila Cafe will be well structured and attractive design with different facility
that helps to attract customer and will pressure to obtain product and services. Visual identity of
Qila Cafe includes a branded image that will helps to recognise or understand the product's
quality and will increase sale (Kapp, Latham and Ford-Latham, 2016).
Creating value: Value has different meaning such as price or benefits that is given to a
customer. This business plan will create a customer value in order to increase in number of
customer by providing various services such as quality of drinks, meal quality, new food
products, lounge and will also include celebration place where people can organise small parties.
Moreover, this business plan will be a effective plan because that will create a value for customer
such as manager will prefer customer demand or choices and manufacture new products that will
attract to customer and will give positive feedback (Maharaj and Brown, 2015). This feedback
helps to retain customers as well as will refer to other person to getting services from Cafe Qila.
Some tips that can be follow to create customer's value-
Social value: It can be create through smiling, getting feedback and being attentive about
customer choice.
Environmental: Create a brand image by providing high quality services and focuses on safety
product that helps to keep healthy and clean environment.
Equality: Proper response on call and face to face communication and should give equal
preference to rich and average people by providing services (Morecroft, 2015).
