INTRODUCTION
In the development of a person, individual learning plays a crucial role as it makes the
student dynamic in career and academic life (Ahrens, 2019). In the recent times, most of the
students who are present in the academic institutions develop a precise approach for
improvement of individual learning. In this project example of a business plan related to
environment is taken into consideration, the business provides cleanliness solutions to the
commercial companies. In this project there is a brief analysis of various theories like Belbin,
Tuck man and Adair is explained in a systematic manner. This project includes the importance of
working in a group and develops effective approach which is beneficial in development of the
individual. In this report a business plan is modified according to the needs of project in a crucial
manner. This report contains brief analysis of business model canvas which contains seven major
components that are essential in development of new business.

MAIN BODY
TASK 1
The extent of group interactions conform to patterns predicted by theory developed by Belbin,
Our team members mainly followed Belbin’s team member development theory in order to
gain competency edge in business plan (Alrubaish, 2018). There are elements given in Belbin
theory to develop as a team members and also develop business model canvas for new business
plan are mentioned below:
 Shaper- The shaper is a person who gives perfect structure in following the team
development goals and objectives. One member in my team was shaper, who worked day
and night to give provide structure to our team. In our new business idea the shaper will
help us to survive in the marketplace with competency edge by following the business
canvas model.
 Implementer- Most of the policies and plans which are important for the team should be
developed by the implementer. It was essential for our team to develop implementation
approach in order to grow the whole team.
 Finisher- The finisher is responsible for completion of whole activities and tasks that are
essential for the development of whole team. In order to achieve the objectives related to
business canvas, it is necessary for a business to have a good finisher.
 Coordinator- It is essential for a person to be major coordinator in order to manage
different types of task in the academic development and task completion. The co-leader
of our team was an effective coordinator who made the formulation of business plan
easy.
 Team worker- The team worker is the major person who increases the roles allocation
between different team members. I like this role of team member as he/she encourages
whole team to stay motivate in the tough times.
 Monitor- Monitor is the major person, who performs necessary control and supervision
on different functions of the team. I personally want to become good monitor in order to
develop a precise approach in the academics. In order to implement the major nine
elements of business canvas plan, the monitoring should be there in an effective manner.

Learning’s which were developed while working with the group
I learned a lot of things while working on the project related to business plan which will
be helpful for me in the future career path. The learning of mine will play a crucial role in
development of my personality in a major sense and will also lead to success. Main learning
related to my project are mentioned below:
 Team work- In the completion and while working for the project, team work is the major
learning of mine. The team work eases the hardness of a task and makes it simplified for
a person to develop effective approach in the academics (Frederiksen, 2017) . My team
members were very cooperative in nature, which helped me to develop group learning
with the help of various learning techniques. In order to satisfy customers in business
canvas model(1st element of business plan) it is essential to perform team work
accordingly.
 Coordination- I also learned coordination by the help of communication, which is
majorly helpful in completing different tasks on time. Coordination which was the major
learning helped me to complete the whole project before deadline. The coordination
according to me is a major factor that is helpful in meeting goals on time.
 Time management- In the group and team working, I also learned time management
skills which helped me to complete major tasks on time. I also managed routine of myself
and team members with the help of time management. In the new business plan there
should be segmentation of products on the basis of market type which will be helpful in
increasing sales.

The utilisation of knowledge to own skill set, the experience learning style and development
The knowledge is essential to be utilised in a specific manner for development of self and
the group. I utilised my knowledge of communication skills in order to develop effective strategy
and approach in completion of my project (Kalbfuss, 2017). Most of the times, me and my team
were eager to explore various opportunities that are essential to develop project work. I adopted
appropriate learning styles, which were beneficial in increasing the overall knowledge related to
completion of project work. The experience of mine was overall good but I faced problem in
managing the efficiency of whole team. In order to increase the efficiency of whole team, I
developed a strategy which develops learning styles for students to grow in the field of
education. My visual and writing learning skills are good, so I was successful in gaining desired
knowledge related to any subject matter of the project (Song, 2019). My experience went so
good with the help of my senior professors that helped me in dealing with major consequences
for learning and completion of project. In order to develop business model canvas, there is a need
of developing values propositions and channels related to supply chain and production
management.
The views and predictions of group to work further on business plan
My group was enthusiastic in nature and it was demanding for more guidelines related to
the project. The business plan was predicted with appropriate marketing budget and sales
forecast in order to increase the turnover. We also prepare business plan with the consideration
of risk management models and approaches in order to grow at marketplace. The success of our
group was measured by teachers and professors who were there to guide who group in a precise
manner. The group was agreed to work on a new project in a short span of time in order to
develop academics and knowledge related to academics (Svetlicinii, 2017). Most of the team
members in my group were ready to face any consequence which enables them to work further.

Group management is essential part of a business development which develops an
effective approach by taking into consideration team work. The business idea was changes after
taking into consideration feedback from each team members. It is major role of team or group to
perform major operations while taking into consideration the business idea modification. Our
business idea was feasible in nature but it was essential for me to evaluate the idea with major
alternatives that are suggested by seniors and professors (Tammaro, 2020). I changed the
business plan and idea while considering major models and approaches that are effective in
individual modifications. We also took advice of senior members in order to develop precise
strategy that will be helpful in making desired changes in the individuals. Most of the times, it is
important for the group to find out modifications that are essential to develop precise business
plan. The following elements of business model canvas are mentioned below:
 Revenue systems- The revenue systems will be handled by financial management of the
business. The maintenance of financial resources will be there by the help of professional
accounting management in order to lead the marketplace.
 Key resources- In our business plan, key resources will be selected by top level and
professional management of the firm. Also the firm will utilise resources in a optimum
manner for systematic growth of business.
 Cost structure- The following will be our budget of items to be purchased at the starting
of financial year under the business canvas approach:

The experience gained while taking participation in the program and relation to future career
It is essential for a person to focus on individual development in order to develop future
career growth. I was very confident while working with the top members of my team with the
help of guidance from seniors. It was essential for me to take into account the future career needs
and necessities for effective growth of the business (Tsabedze, V.W., 2020). I was impressed by
the support of professionalism which was there in the mind of my team members. I learned
managerial skills by doing team for the business plan. I also learned that it is compulsory for an
individual to have effective problem solving skills in order to lead the marketplace. Most of the
successful students in the academic life develop problem solving skills that are essential for
solving problems on routine basis. The students should also develop an effective strategy to learn
the possibilities of career development. It is the moral responsibility of a student to develop
future career perspectives with the help of team mates. The support of professors and
management of an institute also play a key role in the development of professional approach by
gaining desired experience.
Transferability of skills
It is very much important for a student to share skills and abilities in order to develop
desired changes in the other person. It is the major duty of a student to transfer necessary
learning and knowledge with other person to gain competitive advantage in academic life. I
transferred my communication skills to my team members and also gained attention of my
seniors. I was very keen to focus on major objectives to develop the desired skills in a short
period of time. The different academic institutions should develop a perfect strategy to develop
transferability of skills in a set period of time (van Rooij, 2021). In the recent times, the
importance of transferability skills should be there in individual is increasing. This practice of
developing skills will help the student to enhance own skills. Most of the successful students in

academic life develop coordination skills and share them with each other for specific
development. In the development of a student the transferability skills mainly develop effective
practices that are helpful in developing career opportunities.
The similarities and differences between group and team work at the workplace or university
The team work play a major role in the development of systematic work at the workplace, so
it is essential for a student to develop functions according to team. In the academic life,
professors and teachers should guide the students with necessary measures to perform major
duties with ethics. In the team work, a workplace should be used in a disciplinary manner for
systematic future development (Verduyn, 2017). Team work requires presence of a leader to
develop effective objectives and goals with their achievement in a short span of time. The team
work is also essential necessary to be performed with ethical responsibility and democratic
leadership. In the democratic leadership, a leader takes decisions on the basis of advice of others.
The democratic leadership style in a team will help the team develop effective team learning.
Most of the students in academic life prefer to complete their projects with the help of systematic
leadership style. In the institutions, team work also plays an important role in development of
academic integrity which is majorly helpful in increasing the overall strength of the self. The
personality development is also facilitated with the application of team work as it makes the
involvement of a leader in the major operations related to development of an individual. In the
development of overall personality, the team work is the best approach which is used by majority
of institutions.

CONCLUSION
From the above stated report it can be concluded that it is essential for a group to take
into consideration appropriate leadership and learning style for systematic growth of career. The
above stated discussion concludes that different theories like Belbin and Adair play an important
role in development of the project which is assigned to a team. This project concludes the value
and significance of senior and professional support in the completion of a project. The report
concludes that it is major duty of an individual to take into consideration various approaches
which are beneficial in development of project. The above stated report also concludes that
reflection play an important role in the development of practical approach which increase
satisfaction and productivity of the individual.
