which might occur in the process of the construction and therefore the management should
consider revising the budget to cater form the uncertainties related to the project.
3. The subcontracted company should consider recruiting the workforce with the medical
insurance cover. This will reduce the cost of treatment incurred by the company in case of
injuries and also each worker should be provided with protective clothes and gumboots and
helmets to avoid minor injuries.
