wants to start its business in UK market. In the present time, this organization is facing
various problems because of lack of privacy and security tools which might affect its business
expansion in UK market.
Aim/Problem statement
The poor access to privacy and security tools is a major problem of Survease which will
create a huge problem for the organization while entering into UK market because there are
so many hackers which can hack the software and survey tools of organization.
For having making effective and successful business plan, the manager has to take help of
different methodologies and activities which also helps in resolving business problems. The
Survease is a most popular organization which helps other organizations in interacting with
customers, feedback analysis and conducting customer surveys (McKeever, 2016). For
resolving work-based problem Survease will build a portfolio of evidence in which it will
include learning contract which will help employees in getting enough knowledge about
privacy and security options so that organization can protect its tools from outsiders of
hackers.
For making a successful business plan, managers of Survease need to develop some effective

becoming a successful business manager (Silverman, 2016). By going through the business
project I have improved my communication, team building, and motivation skills because of
high cooperation of my team members. I have realized that with the help of different methods
and activities people can solve their business problem and also can develop a successful
business plan (Terpstra, et. al., 2012).
