environment as when business operates in the country or any place, it consumes resources
from natural environment, provide raw materials, access to all waterways and natural air to
grow in the market share for development and there is pressure of public regards the same.
Biodiversity is continuously declining because of the changes in the methodology that
reflects species groups of biomes and terrestrial populations. When growing with the
business, the authorities from top level management use infrastructure facilities to grow and
there is use of natural environment and forest, trees, natural calamities are being depleted
continuously from time to time. Nations footprint exceeds the bio capacity that is affecting
the resources to become constrained and completion is continuously growing. A person living
on the planet is multiplying and the main level of consumption that is creating vast changes in
the environment. Around the globe, our demands on environment and world wildlife are
unsustainable and we need 1.5 earths to consume the natural resources that we are currently
using.

Intellectual capital is basically knowledgably group of assets that helps and an
organisation and improves competitive position by contributing values that defines
stakeholders. A value of business which is intangible and that covers human capital,
intellectual property, the values which are relating to relational capital and the last is when

positive impact on the surrounding environment and with the programs such as Re-entry and
Net Works. So, these are some of the actions which are taken by Interface that transit for
becoming more leading in sustainable company.

Stakeholder theory was described by Edward Freeman; it suggests that shareholders
are one of the biggest stakeholders in the structure of the business. They are those groups
without there support the organisation would cease to exist. There are groups of local
communities, government groups and many financial institutions. In local shopping centre,
there is communication between all its stakeholders, customers, consumers and suppliers of
the retail shop for the effective business to grow with the help of stakeholders. The dynamic

scenario named as George and John, the person who disagree with the situation is George

without telling him on numerous occasions. When he asked John, he informs that I am

should not do this type of unethical practical which hurts or discourage other employees

C. The responses which address George as a manager has to be most positive and do not
check the inventories on a daily basis and listed different numbers on that for making his
own profits and losses to company. He should be more towards achieving the company
targets and goals to accomplish them. With the minor adjustments and search of sales
history, changing in the invoice numbers to perform a different cash fund. These are not
the personality traits of managers in a company. This should be concerned with more
positivity and no negativity in the company to achieve maximum goals.
D. Giving voice values with a defined response that have persuasive impact on George and
John life as:
 George – He is a positive personality with high level of capabilities in him as how he
has managed college and his part time job in night. He is stucked with his words of

not doing anything wrong and traits of positivity in company are the reflection which
we have received from his personality.
 John- He is a manager of a company but the adaptation of his practices in the
company are wrong as he always approaches wrong habits of checking inventories
and remove money on numerous occasions.
