INTRODUCTION
Planning your career in business simply defined as the steps or strategies utilized by an
individual to learn and incorporate various skills and knowledge. With the proper usage of these
inherited person may able to determine their goals as well as create such path for achieving those

regarding development of Action plan towards the skill development.

SWOT analysis is basically defined as the strategy or tool utilized by any individual for
getting to know about various skills (SWOT Analysis, 2022). As, it most likely to provide
information regarding what are the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats any person
