animation software, video gaming and the special effects for the
live action films.
 The decision in the company are taken by the top management
and the top down structure is followed.
 There are the four strategic units of the Fantacy Film which are the
fantaspace, advantage, anisoft and the yoda knows.
 In this presentation, the three business matrix portfolio has
explained which are BCG matrix, GE-McKinsey matrix, and
Synergy matrix.
 The dynamic capabilities are analyzed by analyzing the mobile
resources, opportunities and transforming the strategic results.

 Analysis: As the company has the high
competitive strengths and the high
incoming benefits than cash cow matrix is
analyzed.
 Recommendation: The outgoing benefits of
the company is very low so it is suggested
that the companies should make the plan

is better than the sum of the individual effects.
