Company these days are very huge and involve huge amount of people. Here are various
stages of hierarchy in a company. This plays a very crucial role in process of directing
and managing people in the company. In instance, responses can be attained and
misconception can be neglected. There must be effectual communication among
superiors and subordinate in an institution among company and society at huge. It is
important for success and growth of a company. In this report will cover the task 1 and 2
in which it will cover the communication barriers that occurs after the lock down when
institutions have started an offline classes. After that it will justify an issues that occur In
business while covid pandemic. As well as how it impacts the business.
Barriers of taking offline classes:
Physical barriers - this occurs because of time, place, space ,
climate and many others. This is because of location and time and
have an ability reflect the business and institution.
Financial barriers - it is kind of obstacle which stops person
moving forward as capital is the main components that matters to
everyone . This is required to have essentially.
Emotional barriers - this is occur because of feelings and
emotional attachment this occurs as their kids and loved ones will
get infected with the pandemic and that can cause a death

listening barriers - it is type of limitation that caused because
of the actively listening this is cause because of interest that
people have. It happens when people are least interested in
listening others. They students faces a noise while having a online
classes.
Cultural barriers - it is the kind of obstacles that occurs due to
the diversity of cultures and this is being implied that these kind
of restriction can impact the business negatively. The
institutions have the barriers as the people have the fear of

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from above report that business communication is goal
oriented The rules and regulations and strategy of an organization have to
be communicated to people within and outside of the company. It is
regulated by some rules and regulations. In recent times, business
communication was restricted to paper work, telephones call and many
more. Attractive business communication assists in making goodwill of
an organization. It is key that maintain a relation among the manager and
employers. This is only key that built a start of a healthy and good relations
among people. As been above discussed that business have to face a lot
of issues while covid pandemic and after a long duration of a lock down
they have reopened the school and university but half of parents are ready
to send the kids and half are not ready to send the kids because of fear of
getting infected and many others.
STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME BARRIER
An institution has adopted a compulsion utilisation of face mask and they have
mention that no mask no entry.
They have implemented a sanitizer stands at every classrooms and management
offices, they have planned to make a prayer in their classroom also they have
settled a sitting arrangement by keeping a social distancing.
They have organised a vaccination camp and healthy check-up events for all the
students. They also have decided to appoint a cook so that students can have their
lunch with in the campus and lunch will be provided by the institution.
Finally they have open a sessions for classes they will not open an actvity
session as well as also will not gather students anywhere (Beliatis, ., and et., al.,
2018).
