INTRODUCTION
Questionnaire is defined as an essential research instrument which includes series of questions.
Main purpose of this is to gather information and data from selected respondents it helps in
determining questions that offers choice of answers (Kurilovas and Kubilinskiene, 2020). It helps
in conducting survey in cost effective manner. Present report is conducted on problems that has
been experiencing by employees, in which hundred individuals viewpoints will be analysed in
order to determine which factors are causing this satisfaction to them in companies.

Suitability of a questionnaire as a method of data collection
In order to collect data in an effective manner it is essential to make assure that accumulation of
information is done in an economical manner. It helps in evaluating and gathering data in an
economical way through which research can be accomplished in time effective and cost-effective
way (Kramářová, 2020). According to the analysis it has been identified that in order to conduct
research study with the help of questionnaire method very low cost and time effort is needed, as
in this there is no need for researcher to visit each and every respondent in a personal manner.
Questionnaire effectively provides efficient, cheap and quick way to accumulate information
from large sample of individual (Einola and Alvesson, 2020). In addition it has been identified
that questionnaire method uses both closed and open ended question to accumulated data with
the help of which both quantitative as well as qualitative data can be acquired. The main benefits
associated and suitability of questionnaire as a method of data collection for this study is that, it
is inexpensive way to acquire information in which practical questions being asked from

employers. With the help of selecting this method data are acquired in a quick manner through
which analysis and visualisation of information done in an effective manner. By selecting this
method of data collection to conduct present research study is done in a well define and effective
manner.
In addition to this with the help of questionnaire quick results can be acquired in an effective
manner. Along with this it has been identified that questionnaire survey method allows in
gathering information from large base of audience. With the help of this method data has been
acquired from current employees. It helps in determining their viewpoint related to the particular
topic of company operations. Along with this it has been determined that this method helps in
comparing and contrasting results in an effective manner. It helps in analysing and visualising in
an easy manner through which effective information is undertaken. One of the major advantages
of selecting this method in this study is that it helps in maintaining respondent enormity. With
the help of taking advantage of questionnaire method each and every aspect of topic has been
covered in a cost effective manner. It helps in conducting research in an effective manner with
the help of wide range of information and data.
In addition to this, it has been identified that suitability of questionnaire as a method of
data collection in research is that, it helps in accumulating information in an economical manner.
It helps both investigator and respondent to save their time and effort. With the help of
conducting research study with the help of questionnaire wide coverage can be assured. It is one
of the best method through which information can be conducted as comparatively to other
methods such as observation or interview. Questionnaire helps to evaluate large base of
employee’s perception through which the major factor which is the cause of their dissatisfaction
can be determined in an effective manner. In addition to this, this method allows in rapidly
determining information it is an easier method through which comparison can be done and does
not require any technical knowledge or skills. Furthermore, according to the analysis it has been
identified that it put less pressure on the respondents through which uniformity can also be
maintained. In addition to this questionnaire have greater validity and is one of the most flexible
tool to collect data. Thus, with the help of this method HR manager can focus upon respondents
and can pay attention to all the items in a significant manner it provides them written form of
information that ensures uniformity.

In order to conduct present research analysis the data which is needed to collect to
determine the factors that make staff unhappy. Information’s related to age distribution and
gender makes in different roles and pay scales are some of the elements on which information is
needed. With the help of questionnaire data for current employees will be undertaken in order to
determine their viewpoints on the particular aspects of organisational operations. With the help
of these data significant decisions can be undertaken. It will help in conducting research in a well
defined and effective manner. With the help of questionnaire different questions upon age
distribution, pay scale in different roles will be asked from respondents those who are employees
of company. It significantly helps in conducting research in an effective manner.
With a justification for the types of questions you have asked and the specific questions you have
included.
The type of question that has been asked to employees is related to the factors or elements
that are affecting their job satisfaction level. Questions related to age distribution in different
roles, the pay scale rate and the gender mix are the key points on which certain question has been
