Currently, Tesco is facing price competition in it’s retail
sector due to this it gets negative impact on it’s profit
margin.
It is one of the major issues of the company which creates
various issues in the business for example employees
unable to negotiate customer for buying some expensive
product segment like organic food products.
The targeted audience of Tesco is upper and middle class
majorly youngsters who always concerns for their health
and ready to pay extra for getting high quality food.

The main issue of the Travelodge Hotel is that it does not
have global presence in it’s hospitality market.
In other word, business expansion of Travelodge is limited
due to this it unable to establish large customer base.
Target audience of the Travelodge hotel is lower- and
middle-class customers specially families. couples because
it designed it’s hotel in such manner whereas family and
couples can have enjoyed more.
In addition, it offers it’s hotel rooms services at affordable
price so most of the family or couples prefers to buy it’s
hotel services.

It also expects from it’s financial and cost management to set up such costs of
