manager of this organization has made a contract with a new client for extending the product
line by launching the tablet cases. In this following report, it has to discuss how managerial
communication is effective for communicating with the employees regarding launching of
new product (Lillico 2016). However, the managerial communication is more effective for
the growth of organization by which the manager can distribute the information of project
with overall employees. Moreover, it has to highlight the major areas of the project within the
structure of the presentation.
