financial and so on. The present study is based on “Tecso” which is British multinational
groceries and general merchandise retailer store. Report lays emphasis on identify the problem
that is existing in business, causes of problem, solution and compare different solutions of
problems (Cohen, 2017). Report will show the development a plan to solve the problem. Its
approaches and roles and responsibility of support plan. Report is carry out the action and review
of progress or also adjustment plan. Report evaluates by approach to solve business problems.

1.1 Identify a problem that exists within a business.
Problems in business do exist in all small and large business organisation. Solving
business problem is very important part of business and it is plays a very important role for a
business to successful. Management report is important for recognising problem which is

application. Employees are not able to shows their work skills at workplace. Those problems are
