Introduction
The report has been developed here for the description of the order entry and sale
process. Business process management is important for any type of organization and for the
business renovations for the organization. In addition to this, the BPMN diagram has been used
in this task to illustrate the model of the current procedures in the system.
OE/S Process Description
The process would start here with the client placing an order into the system and the
client details would be recorded in to the system at that particular instance. In addition to this, the
details of the client once stored into the system would be not be requested repetitively by the
organization. Once registered into the system the clients would be able to place their order
successfully into the system and details of the order would be stored into the system. The system
would also provide the client with the option of searching for the products in the system. The
products can be added into the cart in a digital interface that is being presented to the clients. The
clients would be able to surf through a catalogue of products that are updated in the systems by
the staffs of the organization. After the clients have completed adding items to their, they would
be directly redirected to the payment where the clients would be able to store their payment
details in the system for a single time this would be stored as their preferred payment mode
unless the client changes their payment preferences.
This would be helpful in increasing the business efficiencies of the organization. The
response time and the waiting time for the clients in the system would be reduced to a great
extent. As a result the satisfaction levels of the clients are increased to a great extent and hence,
the overall reputation of the organization to a great extent as a result and hence, as a resultant the

organization is benefitted to a great extent. The system would also be useful in automating the
sales and marketing options for the organization. This would be helpful for the organization
reduce the workload on their staffs and as a result the cost for the company would be reduced to
a great extent. Therefore, an overall evolution in the business for the organization would take
place.

Integration Plan
Targeted business process
The business procedures that are targeted for the innovations are sales of the products and
the orders placed by the clients. The IT concepts are required to be integrated with the current
business procedures of the organization which are performed manually and are required to be
subjected to automated procedures.
Required organizational resources
The manual procedures in the warehouse are required to be sorted with the integration of
the IT features for the organization. The storage facilities are required to be developed with the
database implementation and it is required to be maintained by a database administrator.
Required IT resources
An automated warehousing facility is to be implemented in the system for the
organization so that the product details and reports are available to the staffs and administrator of
the organization at all times which would be helpful for them in proving an instant update to the
clients.

The system should be able to provide the customers with the option to make an order

For conclusion it can be said that the business process model is important for any type of
organization so that they can easily remodel their businesses. Hence, the current business
procedures of the system and the renovated business model of the system are described in this
