Business Process management concept has been used in this report so that the operations
and management procedures of the organization are increased to a great effect. The process can
have used for the development of the all the sectors of the business for the organization. In

the business for the organization. The optimization and the improvement in the current process
would be helpful in reducing and minimization of the errors at different level in the organization.
The report is used for the analysis on the case study of the Crater Lakes Caravan and
Camping Park. The analysis of the processes of the organization has been done in descriptive

7PGM Discussion for the process:
The discussion is being done in accordance with the 7PGM model, and there has been a
definition about the different components which are to inter related with the implementation of
the 7PGM model. The events and the process that are ending arte also in association with this
model. It has also been identified that the successful design of the model would be of great help
with the project so that the preliminary objectives can be met. The first process chosen for this
case is the cleaning and laundry. Only the registered users are allowed to access the car parking

The second process that has been chosen for this specific case scenario is the security. It
