Benlian, 2015). The website that belongs to the company carries out functions such as
booking of arrangements, receiving contracts as well as deals with payments made in
cheques. In reference to the recent situation, it has been visibly seen for a dire need of
implementing a strategy for social media along with an open source software that would
provision with a helping hand towards the organization of all the music events undertaken by
the band (Serra and Kunc, 2015). For the needed strategies and the solutions to the software
would assist the band in maintaining their business accounts along with keeping a track of the
communication carried out within the band and their clients. Hence, the report primarily
focuses upon discussing the current problems faced along with the mitigation strategies of the
