being undertaken in One and Only curry. The different processes that are planned by the
businesses are based on the proper functioning of system integration. The processes

core support management processes of the organization and the manner in which the different
sections of the management is interlinked for the appropriate functioning of the business
operation systems. On the other hand, Process Classification Framework is being utilized in
order to bring forth different changes in the systems of the business operations as per the
objectives. The different modelling conventions are also utilized in order to bring ion
changes in the business systems while operating in the diverse markets. The key
identification of the different processes is facilitated through the proper functioning of the
systems of the architectural systems. The BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) that
is being enumerated as a part of the report the different processes of the businesses is being
stated in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems of the organizations. The

Hence, from the above discussion it can be concluded that this paper has presented a
brief representation of the process which exist in the company- One and Only curry. The
paper has used various different approaches in order to sort out the complexities and they are-
categorising the process, providing a brief description of the several relationship in between
the representation process and the process of landscape. It has strategically implemented the
Porter’s five forces framework in order to assess how the inputs are changes into the outputs
that are purchased by the customers. By making use of this point of view, this framework
have described a wide chain of several activities that are common to near about every
business. It has divided the entire process into two different segments called the primary and
the support activities. Furthermore, it is also to state that by making use of the value chain
modelling, it has assessed the core processes inn the company. Also there is a clear
relationships in between the different processes and they are of sequence, the decomposition,
the specialisation and the pools and the lane. With the same, the paper has also used the
method of throwing the events that are assumed by the BPMN to trigger themselves instead
of reacting to a trigger. Furthermore, the timer event is also used in the assignment in order to
indicate a notable waiting time. Also, the clock icon represents as the timer event with
particular mentioning a time and a time period. By making use of the Seven Process
Modeling Guidelines, it has provided a set of suggestions and has successfully build a
process model from the scratch and has improved the existing process models. It has
identified the desirable properties that could be used as directions while changing a process
model to a behaviour equivalent. These seven models are- using very less elements in the
model as possible, minimising the routine paths of each element, using one start and one end
event, modelling as structured as possible, Avoiding or routing the elements, using verb-
object activity labels and decomposing the model if it has more than 50 elements. With the

same, this paper has also identified the four element types depicted by the BPMN and they
are- flow objects, connecting objects, swim lanes and artefacts. It has provided a brief
overview of the modelling conventions in a tabular form. It is to state that the process
modelling conventions are a set of agreed riles which govern the look and the feel of all the
process models that are been created within a company or beyond. There are a total of three
levels of Architecture or decomposition and this paper has identified them as well. Those
three levels are- the core, the support and the management. Hence, it is to state that this paper
has clearly provided a well-planned and detailed description of the procedure of all these
three levels in order to assess the processes existing in the One and Only Curry Company.
