 In my opinion, BPM is the process of managing different kinds of operations .
 As per my knowledge, MIS is used to store different kinds of information related to
the industry.
 According to me, goverence is for implementing the large range of works for making
the policy.
 In my opinion, in this presentation, the MIS related to the healthcare as well as SMEs
that can be discussed.
 Discusses regarding the BPM in healthcare.
 Discusses regarding different types policy realted to the governance related to
hospitals as well as SMEs.
Introduction

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
• In my opinion, a SME which is containing a computer are connected with the management
Information System.
• According to me, in medical profession, if a hospital is running with a single doctor then for
billing and also patient registration purpose the internet is used. So it is falling under the
management information system. It uses a cross-linked software that is used for accounting
purpose.
• As per my knowledge, in case of SMEs, the manager involved in the administration of the
company then he or she should use the management information system. In this type of company,
each and every carry the laptop for doing their personal work.
• In my opinion, Each and every SMEs are using the computers that can be integrated described
with the system. The motivation regarding the collection of the information for the doing the
disorder.
• As per my knowledge, Sometimes updating the some information of the Management In formation
System starts because of the some issues and it is required some kind of solution. The third party
agency can help a lot regarding this matter. By this manner, the solution of the problem will
initiate.
• In my opinion, in case of Health Care Management Information System, managing the details of
the patients as well as doctors can be stored very sincerely in the database of the hospital. It is
also very important to store the detailed billing information related to the patients. Proper training
must be provided to the employees of that particular organization.

 In my opinion, managers of the healthcare as well as the SMEs are the
main target for this kind of training because their have sound knowledge in
that area.
 Training of the management Information system is conducted in two
parts. Part one includes Training of the trainers. The second part includes
management of the healthcare as well as cases related the healthcare.

Business Process Management In my opinion the business process in hospitals is not so simple in nature. In this sector
there is a huge number of competition.
 Helps the business to improve their process as well as management.
 In my opinion, some processes are involved.
 As per my knowledge, modeling includes the developing the process in theory. It also
gives a brief idea regarding different combination of the variables.
 Execution of the BPM includes the running of the different processes successfully.
 In my opinion, automated process can be done at the stage of processing of the
business.
 According to me, monitoring in the BPM involves investigating among different kinds
of processes that are individual in nature.
 In my opinion, optimization means taking the performance of the data from the
monitoring or the modeling phase.

Contd. In my opinion, the are several approaches that are related to the risk of BPM.
 Risk occurs when the standard procedures are not followed.
 In my opinion it occurs faliure of adding of different modules.
 According to me, risk occurs if there is some hard process to implement.

Governance Process in BPM
• In my opinion it includes different kinds of managent of the settings for the
goverence of hospitals as well as SMEs for managing different kinds of the events
related to these organizations.
• As per my knowledge it is used to optimize the business process.
• According to me, it is used to include different kinds of the offices of the BPM of
these hospitals as well SMEs.
• In my opinion, helps to investigate different kinds of document related to the
hospitals as well as SMEs.
• Helps the stakeholders whether any change is necessary related to this approach.
• As per my knowledge, objectives this process includes to make some standard
process for enhancing the businesses.
• It encourages related the different kinds of the processes that increases the rate of
investment of the stakeholders.
• It will help to select the authority to decide the processes. This will make the
stakeholders very much satisfied.

 As per my knowledge, the BPM contains no improvement
for the target of the company.
 It is used to improve for the core part of the targets of the
business.
 MIS is used to access the information of the employees of
the hospitals as well as SMEs in faster approach.
 The governance process helps these sectors to improve the
activities of the management.
 It can be concluded that these three procedures are very
much important for improving the business process of these
organizations.
