The application would be connected with the cloud storage that would help in securely

provided for the specific target groups on the basis of the data. It would help in triggering the
immediate reactions from the clients as well as the results in the increased revenue for the
business.
The company is also presently facing significant issues in the employee management
and the employees are facing issues in receiving their salary in the allocated time. The
performance of the customers is not being analysed properly and it does not provide the
company with the facility of allowing incentives to the employees who are working beyond
their assigned tasks. The manual tracking of the employees in the present business setting is
becoming significantly troublesome and the staff performance is not being tracked effectively
and the attendance records are also difficult for the company to handle.
With the introduction of the improved business process management and the
technologies, the tracking of the attendance could be done and the regulating of the
performance of the employees could also be done. All the present staff of the company would
be registered in the system of the salon and the employees would be asked to upload the
report of the services that have been provided daily. The software would have the ability of
creating the real time reports on the performance level of the employees. It would help in the
differentiation of the bad and the good performances and then accordingly, appropriate
training could be provided to the staff for making them perform with the enhanced abilities.
The electronic attendance system could easily help with the integration of the payroll
software. The payroll of the employees would be determined by the number of days the
individual has been present and the appropriate deduction could be made from the analysis of
the data stored in the attendance system.
