marketplace and help them to gain popularity in it. These are necessary for the company to
look after so that they can attract the customers and enrich them by generating revenue in the
process. The measure that is taken up by the company to become successful is treated as the
business process management (Jeston 2014).
The company party agency mainly deals with the customers and assist them in
booking a place for the party that they are going to organise for their friends, family or
colleague in the process. The customer relation clerk Ted handles such calls regarding the
booking of the place for the party by the customers. The customers need to book the venue
for the party three months beforehand so that they can organise as well as avail the place to
the customers in the market. This type of company is growing in the process and flourishing
in the market, and it is considered to be the primary reason the organization can attract the
habitual customers as well as the business firms towards them so that they can avail the
service from them.

with all the details regarding the party time and all the necessary details; then the details are
being handed over to procurement clerk, Sally, who will look after the types of the party as
well as budget, number of guests as well as kind of entertainment along with the location and
date, time & duration. She is the one who is in charge of all the arrangements that have been
made by the company. The other procurement clerk, Betty, will look after the extra food and
drinks and will escort the musicians and their requirement as per the clients booking. Then,
the account receivable clerk, Sasha, will look after the invoice as well as sent out to the
customers and if the payment is overdue from the client’s end, then Horst will deal with
them. Lastly, if anything is missing as per the requirement of the client, everything will be
notified with them. These are important for the companyso thattransparency is being
maintained by the company so that they can provide excellent quality service to the client that
they are expecting from the company.
Design and Development of the Business Process Management
The process of the company has expertly designed it so that transparency can easily
be balanced in the whole procedure and will ensure the company for providing better quality
service, which will let them grow and expand in the trade and for the sake of achieving
success through the methodical process. The company has understood these, and that is the
main reason they strategize the process, which will be helpful for them to attract the
customers and provide them with the service that they are offering in the process. These are
some crucial steps that have been adapted and initiated by the organization, and it enables

Issues faced by the Company
The main issue that the company is facing is that the employee can feel stress in the
process or might ignore or forget the methods that are being used in the process that
eventually helps them to offer improved quality service to the customer or the client (Ahmad
and Cuenca 2013). These need to take care by the organization so that it can flourish in the
current market and that can help in achieving what they are willing to accomplish in the

the problem that might be faced by the company, and that is the reason the company should
take up the adequate strategy for which they can grow in the trade and can gain the success in
the procedure and eliminate the found problem that is there in the process.

client would be able to book the service as well as get the outcome in the end. At first, the
client book the party by calling the agency where they need to provide with all the details.
Then the order that has been booked by the client is being processed by the clerk of the
company as per the requirement of the client. In the next process, the company is notifying
regarding the updates that are essential elements for the organization to grow in the trade and
to gain the required success through the system. In the next operation, the company sent the
invoice to the client, which enable them to collect the payment from them. Lastly, the
company provide a service that is being requested by the client or the customers. This whole
process takes up three months, so it becomes the primary reason; the organization requires
the client in order to book the specific party three months from the date when they want to
organize the party in the process.

In the end, it can be concluded that the company have taken up the initiative in their
business process, which will help them to flourish in the marketplace and to lure the
customers in the market. The company has rightly understood these, and that is the main
