Executive Summary
This following report discusses the importance of Business Process Management not only in the
enterprises but also in the education system. The aim of conducting this method was to analyse
various unexplored areas with the assistance of BPM in teaching methods of the education
industry. For the extensive research article, “Using a business process management system to
model dynamic teaching methods” has been selected. In this report, a piece of information

To understand the concept of Business Process Management, a critical analysis of the
article “Using a business process management system to model dynamic teaching methods” has
been conducted in this assignment1. The purpose of the evaluation is to analyse the untapped
areas where the BPM (Business Process Management) can be employed in the new and
challenging methods of teaching2. Before evaluating the findings from this article, it is important
to gain information regarding BPM and its significance in the organizations. In this part of the
report, a discussion in the context of the article has been conducted3.
Overview of Business Process Management
It is a procedure adopted by the company to monitor the ongoing business process or
operations at every level of the organization so that risk can be detected and further enhancement
can be made. It is practiced to improve and bring modifications according to the prevailing
environment.
Brief Discussion about the Article
With the emergence of BPM in the Industry, the information system of the company has
been enhanced as it provides flexibility in the functioning of the enterprises. To understand the
importance of this concept article , “Using a business process management system to model
dynamic teaching methods” has been selected.

Literature Review
It means analysing the research and findings conducted by different authors. In this
assignment, a critical review of an article related to Business Process Management has been
conducted so that readers can insights regarding the usefulness of this process in modern
teaching methods. Using this study the authors have developed RubricaSoft a system for
initiating the smooth educational process.
Outline
Today's computer system has evolved as an important part of the educational system. In
minute students can receive answers and solutions to their queries. To enhance and promote
learning procedures on the global level LMS that is Learning Management system has taken an
initiative to encourage various educational bodies like schools and secondary for the efficient
utilization of technology to improve the teaching methods and techniques4. However, author
Fernando Enríquez, in this article has stated that education can be imparted to the students
without the assistance of technology. Despite this fact, it can be observed that technology has
fostered not only the development of the educational system but also of society. Moodle 1 and
Blackboard are two major and best technological development that has occurred so far in the
education Industry. Despite its relevance and usefulness to the students, it has some
disadvantages, which can be limiting the scope of its practice. To beat and outperform such a
system, the Business Process Management procedure has been introduced to optimize and
explore the untapped sources of learning procedure so that students can receive knowledge and
they can attain skills effectively.

Background
In this article, the focused has placed over two main concepts which are Rubrica Soft and
the Business Process Management Notation (BPMN). Both of this concept is important for
initiating the effective, learning procedure for the students.
Rubrics
The accuracy and the reliability of the data are considered to be an important concept as
well as an intermediate between the quality system and organization. Therefore, the information
must be provided in the right format with factual content. A rubric has been originated from the
Latin word Rubrica which signifies the color red. It assists and guides the learners as well as the
students to adopt the strategies to manage their studies during exams and maintain transparency
in the valuation process so that students can gain clarity regarding the points for the particular set
of activities5.
Discipline of BPM
Business Process Management is a vast concept comprises of designing, monitoring, and
optimum utilization of various processes of the business. The key an area where the emphasis is
placed involves the enhancement of organizational performance through the computerization of
the targets and elimination of hurdles through the effective strategies6. This kind of models and
theory are explained through graphs and practical examples, which is known as Business Process
Management Notation. It has been observed that to operate BPM in the system, many software
systems are available in which Bonitasoft Framework is a popular and widely adopted
developing system6. These structures initiate the design, evaluation, and implementation of the

models. In the education industry, such a system promotes and bring various valuable
modification in the system of education.
Information about RubricaSoft
It is considered as a new era procedure management technique which is manufactured by
the models of Bonita BPM structure. By the utilization or application of the BPMN system .
people can access the framework from which they can easily interact.. The positive outcomes of
such a system will start appearing when the educational experts and professors apply it, thus
saving time in the management of the assessment of the students7. In RubricaSoft, many
activities are organized, thereby assisting the teachers in the evaluation and identifying marks for
different concepts. During the evaluation of student marks, the system, also helps in analysing
distribution strategies and a maximum mark as students can attain5.
Educational procedure
Besides supporting procedure, every method depends upon the BPMN process and
subsidiary methods which have their marking criteria, where the points or marks are distributed
accordingly8. This procedure involves various activities, timers and exclusive features such as
cyclic implementation which initiates repetition of submission, thereby describing the number of
milestone needs to be achieved for effective completion. Such teamwork procedure can be
implemented in the form of attendance, physical workout, teamwork and mini work which is
conducted by the people which provides a piece of brief information about the topics which are
needed to be done individually. Such a system continues through the support of the task where
teachers through their will can agree and disagree with the according to the will of the teachers9.

During the application and demonstration of the model in the exam terms, the students
have conducted the presentation in the classroom sessions and due to the breakthrough
performance by the students as a team, the class peers can examine the final step of the process.
This makes the evaluation process easier and ratings from 0 to 10 can be conducted and provided
as require feedback to improve the following performances10.
Triggers
In the improvement of the performance, the power of motivation among the students
which is one of the premium quality required by them to attain and perform better. This can be
acquired through gamification, which consists of various characteristics like game playing
related to the field of business9. In the enterprise, this concept involves a wide range of
mechanisms and techniques. Attributing to this fact, the rank system also initiates the outflow of
information through graphs10.
Benefits
There are various advantages of RubricaSoft, in which elasticity can be considered as one
of the major advantages in the context of the utilization of tools. This allows imagining the
models. Thus equipment can be considered as part of innovation. Besides this it is Task-centred
and proactive approach, Moreover, it has an abundance of information and knowledge1.
Survey
Before the end of the assessment year, a survey has been conducted related to the
satisfaction level among the students, which was further led to the recommendations. It was
conducted through Rubrica soft. This permitted to organize the schedule which depicts the marks

obtained almost 9 out of 10 points)11

A Summary and Conclusion
Form the report it can be concluded Business Process management is necessary, as it
monitors the operations and provides opportunities to develop them as per the requirements. Its
significance has been observed in the teaching methods were through the rubrics, marking
criteria for the students can be set.
