The article discusses business process management that is the method by which business
can easily enhance their business activities that can be either production or service. For
improving the business process, every process required to be traced and all the ongoing changes
within business environment can be managed. BPM is generally emphasized for managing the
business process. In addition, the article discusses about the benefits and challenges of business
process management(Chang, 2016). Most of the organization around the globe aim to be
depended on business process for functioning. Business process are defined as blueprint by
which business activities can be easily achieved. Business process aim to completely divide
some of the common business activities into a series of task so that there can be much greater
consistency and reliability. The need of business process is required to be clear, adaptable and
efficient so that it can achieve consistency and reliability.
The article also discusses business process management software which aims to provide
solution to huge number of issues. The mere focus of BPM is all merging business process
development with organization goals. The software helps in analyzing certain number of steps
which are required for completing each of the business task (Rosemann & vom Brocke, 2015).
There are certain number of benefits of BPM are enhancing business agility, better efficiency,

At present, the business environment of operating organizations is encountering huge
number of changes. For being competitive in the current environment, market require to be very
much flexible so that it can have an idea with respect to changes. For the rapidly changing
business environment various idea is being applied in time so that it can make the organization
much more capable of understanding those changes (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, & Wright,
2017). Information technology is a wide domain for acceptance in different organization. It has
started making use of technology for upgrading data processing and managing business changes
as per customer need.
In the coming pages, a review of this particular journal article has been provided. Along
with this, individual ideas of team members are also discussed. Along with a conclusion has been

compliance.
BPM comes up with huge number of drawbacks like
Weak management and loss of funds: There are large number of benefits of using BPM
if and only if it is implemented in correct way (Chang, 2016). Any kind of failure to comply with
these methodologies will ultimately result in fund loss and another resource. Although BPM is
affordable in nature but it not that much cheap.
Limited Innovation: The current technologies and workforces makes use of the thing to
full extent for considering BPM (Noe et al., 2017). There are many reports which employee
BPM for adapting the latest technology or new kind of trends.
Lack of Communication: Communication is the key to everything where organization
are somewhat tensed about the method of segregation of workflow and process (Rosemann &
vom Brocke, 2015). It will result in poor communication among different employees who are
engaged in different domains.

organization. BPM aims to target scalability, visibility and scalability for different productive
growth and best ROI. BPM aims to analyze the different process in a firm which requires proper
