business management. It aims to identify the problem within the organization that is creating
a barrier to earn profit and then tends to execute effective methodology to eliminate those
risks, thus providing an optimized organization (Chang 2016). The effective methodology
involves designing, implementing and controlling the business processes. The business
process management is a kind of strategy developed by the organization to improve the
processes. The process includes the repetitive strategy that an organization performs on daily
basis. This concept will help in monitoring the business procedure in the way that will help in
assisting difficulties. Poor business management process can lead to wastage of time and
money and also demoralize the employees, thus it is required to organize and systemize the
organization for good operations (Hammer 2015). It can be best described as a business
approach that comprises of effective techniques and methods which will help to modify the
structure of business model. It is all about performing the same steps in order to achieve the
desired business goal. The business management strategy should not be considered as one
time practice, but it should be performed on a regular basis which involves a continuous
analysis of the process which eventually forms a cycle (Vom Brocke and Mendling 2018).
