Introduction
The term BPM refers to discipline in operation sector where consumers utilize numerous
kinds of method of analyses and optimize the business processes. Mainly, business process
management focuses on the overall performance of an organization and provide a platform to
the companies for controlling their businesses in an effective way (Lehnert, Linhart, and
Röglinger, 2014). The major objective of this research is to evaluate the fundamental
principle of BPM and describe their importance in the business industries. For well
sympathetic, the features of BPM a paper will be reviewed which are "Chopping Down Trees
