Introduction
IT governance is necessary for the management of various processes in a proper manager. In
addition. Enterprise governance provides various functions to manage the risk and resources of
the enterprise. In addition, Business Process Modeling (BPM) is the new concept of management
using technologies. The article was based on IT management and business process management.
It has included case study for the research methodology, which provides better understanding of
role of BPM and IT management1.
This article was based on the ITG and BTG for an organization, which provides improvement in
the business processes. In addition, there are many good concepts included in this article.
Moreover, IT management is the best way to improve the performance of the organization2.
This report will provide a research type of article based on critical analysis and deep learning. It
will provide benefits of the BPM and IT management. In this report, critical analysis can be
completed using various approaches. This report will conclude the results of the article in the
later section of this report.
Review of article
The article was based on IT management and business process management. The authors have
provided critical review of the business process management-using case study. In addition, the
article has included role of IT in growth of an organization. It has taken two business functions to
explain about the operational and strategic business and IT alignment. The authors have
purposed that IT makes a huge impact on the reciprocal and sequential integrations at operational
and strategic planning levels3.
The article has discussed about Information Technology (IT) and its benefits for the
organizations. According to authors, IT provides wide range of opportunities to company for
transforming, informing, and automating their business at high level in the market4.
In addition, IT improves the quality of the business processes, products, and services of
organization. There are many factors to improve the quality of products and services of
organizations, such as business strategy, IT, planning, operations, and many more. The authors

have described about the capabilities of BTG and ITG using two different tables based on the
structure and processes. The authors have provided critical knowledge about business process
governance, which is a structured management approach. It uses software tools, policies,
methods, metrics, and more to coordinate all aspects of the analysis, design, optimization,
specification, operations, and implementation of business processes5.
In addition, IT governance (ITG) is a framework, which provides a proper distribution of
decision-making rights among employees, customers, and other stakeholders. It has included
various things, which has related to IT, such as risks, security, performance, implementation, and
many others6.
The authors have provided a literature review and case study to provide importance of the BPM
and IT management functions in an organization. There are many benefits of collaboration
between BPM and IT functions. The authors have discussed about the integration of both IT
management and BPM. The authors have taken much research paper for literature review from
Scopus for BPG and ITG. Besides, the authors have refined the selected articles based on the
abstract and title of the papers. In addition, planning is an important part of IT management7.

Thus, most of the organization has included various innovations and emerging technologies for
improving their performance of various business processes8.
In addition, IT governance frameworks have provided better services in enterprise and IT
management using proper audit and compliance of the business functions of an organization. In
this article, the authors have provided the role of IT management in an enterprise to improve
their decision-making processes for their business growth and successes9.
There are many good approaches used for describing the concept of ITG and BTG. However, the
authors have not discussed about the IT frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, and many others,
which are used for IT governance. In addition, the authors have provided some good concepts of
research, which is better for learning10.
There is a huge impact on the processes of the business. Digital transformation is necessary to
improve the performance of the systems. IT risks can be managed using COBIT19 framework,
which provides many benefits to the organization. In addition, there are many other benefits of
COBIT 19 framework, which makes better results. IT governance can be used for the
improvement of business functions. In the article, there are many good things, which provide
difference between the ITG and BTG with their benefits to the improvement of performance11.
Moreover, there are many benefits to IT management, as it provides many good features for the
organization. In addition, frameworks have used for the management of IT governance and

enterprise governance. There are some good impacts of ITG and BTG on the organization, which
can improve the performance of the working area. Moreover, the authors have provided critical
analysis of IT governance12.
Furthermore, the authors have provided a case study in which they provide details about the
collaboration between BPM and IT management. There are various factors in the article, which
provides more benefits to an organization. In addition, all the factors are depending on the basic
need for process governance. Besides, all the processes have governed in a proper way. There are
many other features of the ITG and BTG, which makes all the things in proper way13.
The article was based on the integration and collaboration of different services for improving the
business functions of an organization. In addition, there are many business processes in which
accuracy and efficiency matter a lot to provide better results. In addition, governance must be
proper to improve the results of the business processes14.
The authors have explained about the IT and BPM with the help of gamma analysis. All the
processes can be managed using process governance and IT management. There are many other
factors, which provide benefits to the organization in the management of various things in a
proper way. There are some important factors in the article, which are important for the
implementation of IT and resource management9.
In addition, the authors have provided first and second level concepts for integration of the ITG
and BTG in an organization. There are some good results of this analysis, which has explained
about the role of IT and integration of the processes. All these results are helpful for the
improvement of the performance of the systems and improve the efficiency of the resources as
well15. Enterprise system management is how an organisation creates, edits, and analyzes the
predictable techniques that make up the middle of its commercial enterprise.
Each branch in a company is answerable for taking a few raw fabric or statistics and remodeling
it into something else. There can be a dozen or greater middle methods that every department
handles. With commercial enterprise manner control, an agency takes a step returned and
appears in any respect of those processes in total and personally. It analyzes the current nation
and identifies areas of improvement to create an extra green and powerful organisation5.

strategies that make up the middle of its industrial organization. Each department in a business
enterprise is responsible for taking a few raw material or information and transforming it into a

With industrial enterprise way manipulate, an agency takes a step back and looks in any respect
of these approaches in overall and for my part. It analyzes the current nation and identifies
regions of improvement to create a greater inexperienced and effective corporation6.

It has concluded that business processes should manage properly to increase the performance and
growth of the organization. In this report, the article has critically analyzed based on various
factors, which provides benefits and disadvantages of the IT management and Business Process
Governance.
This report has discussed critically about the ITG, and BPG, which has described in the article.
The authors have provided deep research on IT management and various other things. This
report has explained the role of ITG and BPG in the growth of an organization. The research is
quantitative, as it has included case study for understanding BPM in the business.
Finally, the article has reviewed critically based on the various factors and criteria. It has
provided better concepts of ITG and BTG to express the role of governance in an organization. It
will improve the performance of the company.
