The study holds the review of the activities that has been done from week 3 to week 12.
The Signavio process editor has been used for creating the models. In this weekly activity, the
components of the BPM model has been identified. For completing the week 4, hardware retailer
business process has been considered. The modelling consist of parallel gateway, one sub
process and many more. In order to complete the week 5, different parts of BPMN notations has
been remodeled such as sub process, start/end node and many more. Within the Week 6, the
application of enterprise architecture to the selected case study, the link between EA and
business process management, incremental change to the EA blueprints impacts the portfolio of
BPM processes and many more has been visualized. The week 7 is only the continuation of week
6. In week 8, the process segments and business entities has been visualized accurately along
with the attributes (Folio and Charge). In order to complete the Week 9 activity, the MAS
VENUE SERVICES has been selected for describing the Collaborative Business Process
Engineering. In week 10, the proper Collaborative Intelligence has been shown in terms of
incident management BPMN model. Accurate and adequate data has been provided in week 11
to make the reader understand few things regarding procurement in IBM credit.
