Business Case

You are the ICT Manager at Bespoke Publications. At a recent Executive Meeting the GM

appointed you as PM for the Office Relocation Project. This project has four delivery

phases:

identify and select new premises,
undertake preparation of new premises,
manage uplift
manage set-down,
The outcome of a brainstorming session identified the following:

Occupation of the new premises is to be untaken prior to expiry of old tenancy, with all
current services being available on occupation

Project Manager issue a go-no go advice not less than 7 days prior to uplift.
Project Manager to advise no later than current Tenancy Term less 6 months if no
suitable alternative tenancy arrangements have been secured.

Project Manager to set all known Risk Factors at High Impact until mitigated
General Manager has identified the following mandatory reporting dates:
Tenancy-9months – Project Initiated
