INTRODUCTION
Business professional refers to anyone who earns their living from performing an activity
which requires the certain level of education, training or skills as well. From the traditional point
of view, professional is someone who derives from their income from the particular knowledge
or experience. The present report will cover discussion about the learnings during the first
semester and also about the learnings which has been gained during the module of business
professional. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the module of business
professional and also in which manner these learnings apply to different modules which have
been studied over the course of the semester.

During the semester from the module basically I have learnt about the business
management and its related aspects as well. This learning can be better explained with support of
Gibbs reflection model which has been defined into the following manner:
 Description of the experience: At the time of learning from the module, it has been
observed that during the time period of semester about the business management and the
business professional aspects as well. I have learnt the concept at the level of University
and also it has been observed that at the time of learning there were my friends, teachers
who were present at the time of learning. I have focused on every aspect of business
professional so that I have deeper understanding about it from the professional point of
view. The outcome of the situation is that now I have become more confident about the
related aspects of business and also perform more confidently into result oriented form. I
was here for learning something new, grasp knowledge and enhances my skills into
positive manner as well. At the time of learning, I was expecting that teachers cooperate
me into positive manner and act as support system at the time of learning.
 Feelings and thoughts about the experience: At the time of learning, I was feeling
little bit nervous and under confident as well. As it was a new module for me so its not
easier for me to grasp the concept within a set period of time. When I start at the initial
level then I have realised that I should have knowledge about the basic concept of

business so that I can learn that how it can be applied at the professional level. At the
initial level, it was very difficult for me to grasp the concept and to have an
understanding about the management at business level. After learning the concepts, I
became more confident and result oriented as well. There were my friends who also felt
into the similar manner at the time of learning. Now the other people become more
confident about the particular situation and also know that how to perform into result
oriented form. At the time of learning from the module, I was thinking that whether I can
learn this concept into result oriented form or not. Now, I am ready to handle any kind of
situation and challenges into positive manner with the right kind of actions.
 Evaluation of the experience: At the time of learning from the module during the
semester, there are certain parameter which were very good and also there were certain
parameters which were not good. When I was learning about the business management
and business professional I have observed that teachers were very supportive and also
have large scale of patience level as well. My friends also help me in terms of clearing
my concept into result oriented form. One thing which was very supportive where friends
act into the collaborative manner due to which I felt very easier to understand the concept
into deeper manner. At the time of learning from the module, I have felt that there were
no doubt clearing sessions due to which I can't understand that how it can be applied at
the organisational level. I have felt that there were certain classes which needs to be
revised because there were certain concepts which were not easier to grab in the one go.
For contributing to the situation, there were certain actions which help me at the time of
learning. My friends and teachers help me in terms of making the time table into result
oriented form so that can revise the concept into appropriate manner and retained it for
the longer period of time.
 Analysis to make sense of the situation: It has been analysed from the situation that
there were certain reasons due to which things go well into appropriate manner and also
there were certain things which do not go well. The support system from teachers and
friends helped me in terms of learning the business management into appropriate manner.
It has been observed that the management of university or administration department did
not schedule the classes into appropriate manner sometimes the classes can't be attended
on the daily basis. From the situation, I make sense that I have to adjust myself at the

time of learning and need to learn how to cooperate with the teachers, friends and team
members as well. For understanding the situation into more appropriate manner, it was
important for me to have basic knowledge about the business and management as well. I
have to be very strong in terms of certain concepts of business management so that I can
understand into fast pace manner that how it will be beneficial for the business and how
it can be implemented at the organisational level.
 Conclusion: I have learnt all the aspects related to business professional and
management as well so that in future I remain more confident and to the point in every
kind of practical situation. I have learnt from the situation that consistency is very
important in order to achieve the performance into out of box manner. At the time of
learning, I have learnt that practice and its implementation into practical life is very
important because practical knowledge helps me in terms of enhancing my personality
into result oriented form. At the time of learning my friends and teachers were involved
so its very important to follow their instructions and guidance into positive manner so
that next day it is easier to move forward within the module. For handling the situation
into more better manner it is very important for me to develop communication skills,
analytical skills, listening skills and problem solving skills as well so that I can learn the
things into more effective and result oriented form as well. I can also adopt certain
measures to learn the concepts into fast pace manner where I can relate the concept to the
real life situation of business and it can also be learnt through images, presentation due to
which I can retain the things for longer period of time.
 Action plan: From the perspective of future, it is very important for me to deal the
situation into more positive manner. I can plan into different manner if I again get a
chance to learn from the module. I do certain things into different manner where I make a
schedule for revising the concepts and related aspects of business on the daily basis. For
developing the skills which are required it is important that to do the practice on the daily
basis so that it can naturally in built into the personality of an individual. I can make sure
that I act into the different manner where I can make an action plan that how can I
approach the things for learning it into positive manner. Action plan is helpful for me as
it contributes into the context of what resources will be required in order to learn the
things into result oriented form. This is a kind of plan which also sets a time period for

learning the skills into effective manner . It also help me in monitoring the progress of
learning the skills into result oriented form. So action plan is necessary in order to learn
the concepts from longer perspective into positive manner.
Personal development plan
A personal development is an action plan which is required to be made by me in order to
determine the goals which is needed to be achieved. It helps me in identifying the strengths and
weakness so that I can improve it for the development of career. It defines the area that I want to
improve so that the goals can be met out. With the help of personal development plan, I get to
know what is required to accomplish the goals. I am able to find out the challenges that hinder
my progress and support for the development. This action plan helps and motivate me in
improving my performance and assist me in tracking my progress in order to find out the gap so
that it can also be changed or improved. It enhances my mental well-being, reduces stress and
improve my sense of purpose. The skills which I will learn after the personal development plan
help me in making my career better and provides growth for future. So here, I made personal
