technology company that s develop range of hardware components in order to sell its
customers and clients. This will includes programme management of this company in order to
analyse different strategic transformation programme. In this different scope and deliverable
are determined for analysing product development as well as several estimating and
scheduling issues are also analysed. In this report several risk and issues related to
management of evaluated. Apart from this different recommendation are provided that will

relationship. Programme management can be describe as the coordination management
process that is essential for conducting different activities of project in correct manner. It is
very important for SB organisation to manage its project and programme activities in
effective manner as this will support in gaining desired objective manner. Programme refer as
the unique and transient strategic endeavour in order to achieve required changes in business
operations. There are different issues and problem that is faced by respective company in

order to effective strategic transformation programme. Different problems are explain below
in detail.
Issues in quality of products – This is consider as one of the major issue that faced by
respective company. It is essential for SB organisation to offer high quality of products to its
customer and clients as this will have direct impact on brand value of company (Williams,
2020). Respective organisation is not able to develop products as per the requirements of
customer and this is one of the crucial issue that affect goodwill of company and have impact
on productivity and performance.
Increase in job lose – This is the problem that is faced by company due to acquisition with
WN. There are various drawbacks of acquisition that company have to deal with and loss of
jobs is one of those issues. Due to acquisition of respective company with other organisation
it will lead to affect the job role of employees and this lead to lose of job of SB employees.
Increase in job lose will affect the organisational relationship with its employees.
Management issue - This issues is related to management of SB business operations in
correct and effective manner. Management issues lead to have direct impact on sales and
performance of the company. It is very important for respective company to manage this
issues as it affect the profitability of SB organisation. Due to lack of management SB
organisation is not able to manage its manufacturing process in correct manner and this
increase the cost of business. Lack of management in business or poor management activities
negative affect the business and its growth rates.
All of these are major issues that is affecting the performance and productivity of
business. It is crucial for SB company to identify and analyse different solutions that will help
in resolving business problems. There are different recommendation that will support
respective organisation to deal with these issues and well as enhance business activities.
 It is essential for respective organisation to hire highly skills employees who have

manufacturing units from far East united State. Key deliverables of respective company
includes software that is mainly interfaced in mobile technology. now SB company is
creating both software products. This will also include which is not delivered to clients.
Moreover, respective company use of bring computer table which which is
manufactured with the partnership with DDC. While performing business operation it has
been determined that test project is not successful due to lack of Management. with the
motive of increasing business performance different methods are considered. This include
Agile method it is very effective in improving the performance business. But still this method
does not work successfully and effect business progress. There are different issues product
development project of SB company. Vision of respective company is to enhance business
performance as well as gain competitive advantage over other Rival companies. In order to
accomplish this, prospective company taken decision to acquire WN organisation which is
also large company in mobile phone. There are several challenges issues faced by company
regarding its production facilities. There are various scopes and requirements for the changes
business and it strategy performing activities effectively.
Estimating and Scheduling

Estimation and scheduling is essential part of business while planning for conducting
project activities in more effective manner. There are different challenges and issues faced by
company while performing its business activities. Estimation and scheduling will assist
respective company to carry out business task in correct manner in order to accomplish
desired objective. It is important for organisation to develop a proper procedure that support
in resolving these business issues as well as help in conducting business activities in effective
manner. There are different elements that affect business projects and programme tuition for
organisation to identify all of those risk specialist take corrective measures in order to resolve
those risk. Approach that is used by company for improving its business operations is

determining those risk and issues SB company will be able to take better decision that

have to deal are explain below.
 Manufacturing issues – This refer as the problem that is faced by company due to in
effective business manufacturing issues. SB company is developing range of products
that needs to be created with high quality in order to meet with the needs of
customers. Manufacturing issues will lead to increase in cost of business as well as
affect the quality of products.

 Unemployment issues – This issues is developed due to acquisition of respective
company with WN. Acquisition of SB organisation with WN company will affect the
job role of various employees as well as increase in unemployment issues.
 Quality of technology issues – As per this issues respective organisation is not able to
consider high technology in its business process and this is affecting the quality of
products. Issues in technology will influence the performance and productivity of
business and this company is not able to meet with the needs of customers.
 Culture of organisation – This issues arise due to acquisition of respective company
with WN organisation. when both of these organisation start working with each other
this will lead to affect the changes in the culture and working style of organisation.

charge higher price also.
Contracting the consultancy – It is crucial for SB organisation to select effective and efficient
consultancy as they will provide better and correct advance to business for creation of centre
of excellence. Consultancy will assist organisation is taking correct action for developing
centre as well as completion of project on required time. There are various ways through
which respective company can contract with consultancy. SB company can contract through
the option of internet as most of the consultancy companies has provided its information on
internet. This will be less time and cost consuming method for contracting with consultancy.
Disadvantage of this option is that it may be fraud consultancy company as there are many
consultancy firm on internet which are fraud (Noeleen and et. al., 2020). Second option to
contact with consultancy includes third party meeting. In this, respective company will
directly meet with the consultancy which is suggested by other trust worthy person. But this
