INTRODUCTION
Equality and Diversity is determined as a concept that is related to the growth as well as
development of business organisation. Diversity determines the demographic diversification of
company in improved manner. It determines there are various backgrounds, culture of staff that
must be determined by company to fulfil the need of its staff. Diversity determines the
prevention in expression of region, gender, age and so on that bring favourable atmosphere
within business organisation. It is necessary to have a similarity for improving opportunity which

development of business organisation. The employees emphasized on choosing the organisation
for performing the work in which they must obey the equality and diversity and it provide
positive atmosphere in them. Hence, it is important to improve both equality and Diversity
within company to handle the different activity and organisation at global level. Thus, the report
is written upon the organisation named as Airdri. This organisation was founded by Peter
Phillips and located in UK. This report provides discussion regarding the information that must

organisation. The case study that is used by business organisation named as Airdri.
