INTRODUCTION
Business project management simply states as a process of managing projects and it is
used by organisation with same methodologies and processes for completion of work or project
according to decided goals and objectives of organisation. With developing an effective strategy
it is easy for organisation to complete short and long term projects in an organised manner. By
developing a continue process this is easy for management to retain skilled and potential
workforce in organisation (Bacouël-Jentjens and Christiansen, 2016). With used of effective
resources and better anticipation management induced and implement knowledge that aids to
sustain systematic process related with workforce. This report is written from perspective of
ASDA and it operate their business in retail market and it headquarter is situated in Leeds, West,
Yorkshire. Moreover, this report highlights on research methods and data interpretation for
conducting research in proper manner. In the last, reflection report is generated to obtain
knowledge from project.

Overview of research- Research is conducted on the topic of talent-management and it
is required by organisation for accomplishing goals and target by obtaining support from human-
resource. ASDA and their management worked to make emphasis on talent-management skills
that is used for promoting talent and skilled workforce. The working capabilities and their
potential is improved and it is used for promoting business with certainty aspects and it is used to
attract potential workforce among organisation (Hajro, Gibson and Pudelko, 2017). This is also
essential for retaining potential employee's to retain employee's for longer period.

that attract skilled workforce. Moreover, to motivate workforce individuals are encouraged by
management by understanding important factors that is related with potential and talented
