INTRODUCTION
Diversity on the workplace is considered as advantage to organization. It can be
explained as the workplace of organization is consists of different people that can be
differentiated on the basis of education. Race, religion, locality, personal views, skills, personal
abilities, gender, sexual orientation and age (Sarvaiya and Eweje, 2017). Equality on the work
place is known as the ethical practice which is implemented by organization to provide better
workplace environment to employees where they are treated equally and provided with equal
opportunities with in the organization. This is important for the organization to treat diverse
range of employees equally to maintain performance of their employees high to get higher
productivity in market. Aston Martin Lagonda is an automotive sector organization. The cars
manufactured by Aston Martin Lagonda are famous for design, performance and quality. A large
range of cars are manufactured by organization in international market. Aston Martin Lagonda
was established in year 1913 in London United Kingdom by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford
(Salinas, Romaní and Silva, 2018). This company is serving people around the globe with the
luxurious goods manufactured by it. Leaders of Aston Martin Lagonda are looking for
improving the practices through management plan, that are related to equality and diversity on
the work place.

Aim
To implement various changes in organizational policies that can improve the equality
and diversity condition in Aston Martin Lagonda.

There are different expenses are made in order to develop a better plan that is efficient
from all perspectives to handle the challenges of work place diversity. The total cost of this these
project is 150 Pound. This cost is spent in order to make different arrangements for project plan.
Scope
This management plan that is developed in order to impalement better work place
practices in Scope, Communication, can be further used in the Aston Martin Lagonda to
implement more change in the future. This project also can be used as foundation to develop
future management plans for company. Other researchers and other companies also can used this
as base research to make improvement in their own research.
Time
The complete project is developed with in the Six Weeks. This time was consumed in
different operations that are important to complete the research project. The activities like
development of aims & objective, research question, data collection, data analysis and findings
& conclusion are performed with in this time period.

research approaches are used. These three types of research approaches are- inductive research
approach, deductive research approach and abductive research approach. Each type of research
approach is used in different condition and research objectives. For this research project
inductive research approach is used. The inductive approach is based on the generation of new
information and theory that can help the researcher to develop or implement various changes
respectively. In this approach research select a perspective about a topic and all the research
performed by them is based on this particular topic. This is one of the best approach the can
helps the research er to develop new information. The main advantage of Inductive approach is -
this research make the data analysis more simpler and meaningful to reader, it is easy to
