INTRODUCTION
COVID-19 create huge impact on the organisation and create also impact on the
external events On the workplace transformation. There are different kind of organisation that
has been changed their policies and rules in context of safety of the employees and also
changed many policies like work from home or work from the office in order to adapt the
safety purpose for the workers so that the workers in the organisation feel more secure and
safe. In order to identify the impact of external event which is COVID-19 on the workplace
transformation this report going to focus on the Asda organisation. Apart from this this report
also going to explain about the importance of the walk transformation and there are different

What is the importance of workplace transformation within an organization.
As per the, “(Casado-Molina, Ramos and Cabrera, 2018)”, Workforce transformation
is very important because it helps the organisation to improve their capabilities and brings
more opportunities for the organisation. It also helps the organisation to get more employers
benefits and empowering their workers in order to work in an appropriate manner and
effectively in the company. Workforce transformation also helps the organisation to improve
productivity as well as morale of the workers so that they can effectively collaborate and
communicate with the each other in order to bring small innovation in do better utilisation of
their talent. ASDA organisation is focusing on the work transformation In order to achieve
their goals and objectives and also focusing on the collaboration and employee engagement
so that they can build connections among the team members in order to bring more unique
ideas and opportunities for their organisation (Dealtry, 2017).

As per the opinion of “(Strazovska, Sulikova, and Saxunova, 2017)”, In order to
manage work force transformation and their organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic the
organisation is focusing on the different kind of strategies like this communication and
community engagement so that they can overcome the different kind of risk that are facing by
the organisation. Apart from this the organisation is also focusing on the health and safety of
the individual in order to make their employees more secure and safe in the organisation.
Apart from this the choose an organisation also working on the different kind of strategies
like talent management, motivation of their workers, provide different kind of mine if it’s in
the context of COVID-19 so that they can brings more opportunities and retain more
employees in the organisation in order to overcome the problems which are sitting by them
and retain more talented people are employed in the company.

kind of population of their employees and insuring fairness across the whole workforce.
Apart from this as the organisation are not being capable to carry out their responsibilities
because of different kind of factors so it is become very challenging for the organisation to
focusing on the critical roles and it is become very important for the company to formulate
different kind of plans and policies so that they can identify these roles and analyse the skills
that helps them to fulfil their positions and establish the individual in order to replace the
problems. Apart from this spreading of the COVID-19 pandemic it is become very
challenging for the organisation to bring more opportunities and ensure business continuity so
in order to overcome the challenges it has become very important for the company to split
