Research Approach : Research approach is the most significant methodology of
research, research approach is the process or plan that is relevance of hypotheses to the study.
Research approach has been divided into two parts deductive and inductive (Rahayu and Day,
2015). Deductive approach is mostly concerned with developing a hypothesis on exiting theory
and then designing a research methodology. In order to convert this question into some other
matter of fact. On the contrary, Inductive research will be based on observation theories are
proposed towards the end of the research process. Present study has been based on deductive
research approach (Taiminen and Karjaluoto, 2015).
Research Philosophy : Research philosophy is the another research methodology that
affect the business and long term target in order to meet out the company objective needs.
Research philosophy is the vast topic and here we will not be discussing this topic in details.
There are two types of research philosophy Interpretivism and Positivism. Interpretivism
philosophy in which researchers interpret the element of the study that helps to integrate human
interest into a study (Taylor, 2015). Contrary, this philosophical study is difficult in a precise and
scuccient manner. Present study has been based on Interpretivism in order to take the
involvement of human interest.
Research design : Research design is the choices between qualitative and quantitative in

analysis. There are two types of research design exploratory and conclusive research design has
presents (Turban and et.al., 2017). It helps to continue the long term goals and promoting bet
forming result and goals. Research design and the other following area has been presenting long

Exploratory research design is helpful to explore the research questions and does not
intend to offer final and conclusive solution to the research problem. In order to meet out the

data from survey, questionnaire. Contrary, quantitative method based on numeracy or based on

sources, internet, books, journals, etc. Present study collects data through questionnaire survey
which based on primary data collection technique.
Sampling : Sampling is the method or process where population get chance to participate in the
research process. It is the most crucial methodologies of research for which researcher selects
their sample size out of two methods. There are two methods of research design probabilistic and
non probabilist method.
Probability Sampling method in which every population get chance to participate in the
research method. In which it discovers the new managing and effective growth that helps to
discover the productive research outcomes. Non probabilistic choose selected group of members
on random basis. Present study has been taken simple random style by taking 20 employees of
Qbic to identify the significant importance of digital technology on the business area.
Data Analysis : data analysis is the process which has been taken after data collection.
Data analysis is the project which includes discussions about the analysis process of management
task into more appropriate manner. In order to implement the deep understanding it gives the
new information result outcomes and growth oriented channel. Apart from that, it gives better
result and making findings of the results (Weill and Woerner, 2015). There are two types of data
analysis method qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. Present study has been taken,
qualitative method of research analysis.
Ethical consideration : Ethical consideration should be very necessary within the
research process to take the ethical outcomes and validity of the research. It is the specified
