Overview of organization
The organisation given for assignment is McLeod and Partners which was established in 2005
headquarter at Brisbane, QLD. This is research firm that conduct and executes various types of
research for their clients. It specialises in insolvency services and corporate restructuring for
their users with highly experienced staff.

Aim and objectives
Aim
 “To determine issues and challenges which occurs due to equality and diversity at workplace
and measures for resolving them.
Objectives
 To identify concept of equality and diversity at workplace
 To analyse issues and challenges that may arise due to absence of equality and diversity at
workplace.
 To determine measure for overcoming issues that are raised due to lack of equality and
diversity at workplace.

Project management plan
It is defined as document which is used for describing every phase of project. The components
or stages which are included in project management plan are initiating, planning, execution,
performance/monitoring and closing. It is important for project work as it improve chances to
achieve desired results in an effective and efficient manner.

WBS
It is defined as hierarchical decomposition of work which need to be execute by project
management team in order to accomplish given project objectives and creating manageable
sections. This divide simple complex project work into manageable and simple task.

Gantt chart
It is defined as kind of bar chart which illustrate schedule of project that shows relationship
among current scheduled status and activities. This assist in planning, tracking and
coordinating particular tasks of given project work.

Research methodology
Research Methodology is defined as particular techniques or procedures which helps in
identification, processing, selecting and analysing information about topic. The different types
