Managing successful business project is refers as the key responsibility of the
management in regards to assisting the overall business operations in effective
manner. Globalization is a wider term, which refers as the procedure of integration
and interaction among individual, businesses and government at global level.
Globalization is significantly assist to developing competition and an economic or
financial shift through developing to emerging economies

As per the analysis of the project it has been interpreted that 24 out of 25 people are
having potential knowledge regarding the area of HR processes like recruitment,
selection and training in terms of multinational corporations. Thus, these are the key
aspect which are requires to be known by the people for enhancing their knowledge
base. Leftover people are not having any idea regarding the same as they are not
having any sort of interest to known about the HR processes. .

According to detailed analysis of the project it has been evaluated that 23 out of 25
people said that a suitable selection of training method is important for Nestle to
attain growth within the global market, thus as per their view training through an
appropriate source could be resulted in attainment of growth and success.
Remaining people are not in favor with the same as per their view suitable selection
of training method is not much important for Nestle to attain growth within the
global market.

Reflection
I have worked on a number of projects in my past academic period, but research on
globalisation considered as the most effectively one, because it is one the biggest
topic that influences each and every organisations at global level. During the time
of gathering information form different locations, I also learn and gain knowledge
about different language and culture because I meet different people who follows
different culture and use different language. This help me in improving my
communication and beneficial to me, my personal and professional development.

Recommendation
Develop new employee discipline policy: Giving fair treatment to employees is considered as first
step for a company to meet the global standards.
Use SMART goals by giving priority to employee development: Concerning on how career of
each employee can be built, also help in increasing performance of them at each level.
Focus on morale: Sharing business information like mission and vision statement with
employees in a clear and concise manner, will lead to increase morale of them.
