research will help in getting the both positive and negative impacts of globalisation on an
organisation (Urry, 2012) . Present research is based on Jaguar, which is a British organisation,
and deals in manufacturing of auto mobile. It was established in 1935 and headquartered in
Whitley, England. For gaining the proper outcome of the research, researcher has designed
proper aims and objectives. Also a discussion will take place on some approaches, and type of
data analysis, so that researcher can make interpretations and recommendations for respective
organisation (Zadek, Evans and Pruzan, 2013) .
