customers. KCB (Kensington college of business) a business college which is involve in the

this report for study. Management plan covering various aspects such as cost, time and quality of
project activities is all detailed under this report. Further various research tools are used under

large number of customers. Due to Brexit, large number of its customers fall dramatically. In this
situation, college wants to establish a Global campus in which firm offer education to its students
with help of technology. In this way, college can maintain the number of its students and at the
same time can increase the same. Further, technology provide media to enterprises to promote its
products. In addition to this increase cooperation among business functions (Pinto, 2015). With
help of technology, KCB college can increase the number of its customers and can promote its
educational courses in different areas.

expansion more effective. Management of risk: Every business project involve some kind of risk and it is very
essential that all risks must be examine by the managers so they can reduce the risk
(Polonsky and Waller, 2014). This increase the chances of project being successful. Control of quality: Quality is one of the major element which must be maintain
otherwise it increase the chances of its failure. It is very essential for KCB college to
maintain the quality of its services otherwise it will results in decrease the number of its
students. Cost: Expansion of business operations and utilisation of new technology require funds.
