Introduction:
Manage a business project using required skills and project phases that are useful to
implement it. The current assignment is to manage a project of the selected organization
using different factors of project management and the selected organization is “McDonald’s”.
The assignment includes the project aims and objectives with management plans and WBS. It
also includes research and analysis and the communication process of the organization.

The aim of the project is to demonstrate the required skills to manage the implement a
project. Select the project of the organization, McDonald’s and understands the research and
investigation of executing the project. The objective of the project is to increase the sales and
revenue of the organization and serve quality food. In the evaluation of the objectives of the
business, define specific objectives at the end of the year with the measurable needs and
achievable time.

P2 Produce a project management plan that covers aspects of cost, scope,
time, quality, communication, risk and resources:
Implement a project in the McDonald’s with using different factors and create the
infrastructure in the organization. Use the project management as the software to manage
different tasks of the project. Cover various aspects of the project including cost, scope, time,
quality, communication and resources with risk as below:
Cost: represent the total cost of the project with the help of project management and
the total cost of the project is £2504. This cost includes the cost of all phases of the
project.
Scope: the scope of the project depends on the choice of the organization and its
working procedure.
Time: show the total time of the project using the project management software and
the total time is 12 days from the initial inception to documentation.
Quality: maintain the quality of the project with the performance of resource and
deliver quality products to the users.
Communication: make proper communication in the team members with using the
appropriate resource and enhance the project quality.
Risk: the major risk of the project is to timely delivery and maintains the quality of
the food with the following basic rules and regulations (Kerzner, 2017).

WBS is a part of the PMBOK (project management body of knowledge) that used to define
different phase of the project with work delivers. It is the structure of project management
that used with the system engineering.
