INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities in an efficient manner is the key to get success in
the market. Along with this, manager has to identify the opportunities that will help them
in enhancing their profitability level. For an effective management, the higher authority
of the firm has to plan their operations so that they can achieve goals (Kerzner, 2013).
Planning play an important role in the small business enterprise as through this they will
be able to enhance their overall revenues. Corporate social responsibilities are the
practices that are performed by an enterprise so that they can offer benefits to the
society and their stakeholders. The present report is based on Morrisons which perform
their operations in retail industry. They are implementing their corporate social
responsibilities at their workplace so that they can enhance their brand image at the
global level. In this context, report explains the different objectives and goals of the
organization so that their sustainable objectives can be achieved. Along with this, it
explains the work breakdown structure and Gantt chart so that overall activities can be
managed. Further, data is analysed by the company by using some of the tools and
techniques.

P1 Aims and objectives for the project
Morrisons implement corporate social responsibilities at their workplace by
specifying the aims and objectives. CSR is the legal term that is used to explains the
business activities of an organization in an ethical manner. Through these, companies
will be able to perform their operations in right direction so that their sustainable
objectives can be accomplished.
CSR is concerned with the social values and benefits that are provided to the
society so that their overall performance can be improved (Rosenau and Githens,
2011). Along with this, these activities are based on the stakeholder’s interest so that
they will be able to get the quality services in an efficient manner. These activities are
based on the environmental safety so that health of the people can be ensured in an
efficient manner. The research is based on some specified aims and objectives so that
plan can be implemented in a successful manner.

Aim: The main aim of this research is to identify the extent to which corporate
social responsibility help the business organization in achieving the success in the
market.
Objectives: When Morrisons implement their corporate social responsibilities at
their workplace than they have to set some of the objectives or goals. After this,they can
enhance their performance in an efficient manner. These objectives are as follows:
