INTRODUCTION
Multinational companies are one of a big platform, in which is being focused on training,
recruitment & selection of an employee's at to do the longer basis. Recruitment & selection is
one of a necessary aspects of every firm which is focused to hire right person at a right time for
a right purpose. It is the vital process to enter people's with right skill, competencies and trait, so
as to centric them to designated purpose or job (Binns and Tushman, 2010). Only recruitment &
selection is not enough, but training on a same side is also major role play. Training such as on
the job training is essential for increasing employee's confident & exposure at major side. The
role and purpose of selection is to find person with kind of an analytics, ability to solve critical
problem at the one point of time. This is all about Nestle which is one of a leading food
beverages company selling coffee, eatery or other food solving solution at a right time. This
research report will put major discussion on improving recruitment, selection or training of their
employee's to meet out an international requirements. Hence, report will do complete analysis of
project management plan such as cost, time, money, data, communication etc.

Selection: According to Costello, (2006), selection is the process of checking or testing
right candidate using the analytical test, knowledge and personality test, in which individual
