INTRODUCTION
The business project report is critical topic where focus of assess met is on evaluating on
specific project planning and implementation. In accordance with case study it is determining
that Alexis manager is production manager of magazine publishing company Red. The form has
36 permanent employees which comprise, editors, production staff, sales, advertising, marketing
and support staff. The lease of office will last in two months and therefore production manager
who is working with company from past 6 months is responsible for shifting office from one

suppliers.

The assessment was based on office move project planning of Red the magazine
publishing firm which has 36 permanent employees and 5 departments heads. The focus of firm
is on maintaining stakeholder satisfaction regardless of any change. The managing director of
Red asked project manager to plan office move to new location in 2 months because the lease of
present location will end by 2 months. The project person made use of various tools and
techniques to managing successful business project. Thus, the study concluded with by outlining
success of planning and development of project plan. Further, it discussed about monitoring and
administration tools used by project manager and lastly the project manager reviewed own
