Managing a successful business project is very essential for developing various
opportunities for the organisation. In the present report, aim and objectives are developed on the
basis of which whole project is conducted in an effective manner. It has been said that in this
report, different sections are covered which includes project management plan, research
methodology, data analysis, recommendations and many more. A project management plan is
developed in this research which includes various elements such as cost, time, resources, scope
and many more. After conducting this research, it has been identified that primary research is the
method which is quite beneficial in order to collect accurate and authentic data. In this report,

INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is a approach applied by various multinational firm with motive to increase
as well as expand its business operations at global stage, so that they can increase their
profitability. This is the method which provide various opportunities to the organisation which as
a result enhance the brand image of company. By adopting globalisation method companies will
be able to attract large number of customers towards their entity which leads to a boost in
profitability. Primark a multinational firm headquartered in Ireland which is chosen as the base
organisation and revolves around fast fashion industry. In this project, various things are
included which need to be conducted effectively for which aims and objectives are going to be
developed. Apart from this, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart and project management plan
is included. In addition to this, recommendation is given to the company after perform the
investigation effectively. It is the research which mainly consist of detail description over the
topic of research methodology. At the end of this research, suggestions is given to the managers
along with this reflection is made on the whole journey.

communication skills were reducing my level of confidence. In addition to this, it has been
said that when I was gathering information from the respondents, my communication skill is
enhanced which provide me ample number of opportunities in near future. Along with this,
it has also been examined that all my capabilities and skills are enhanced when I was
conducting this research which gives me various positive results in near future.
Furthermore, there are different types of activities performed by the researcher in
order to produce positive outcomes effectively. It has been identified that one of the most
crucial as well as essential task for the researcher is to collect information from the
respondents in an effective manner. There are some factors or elements which affect the
overall result of the research. While collecting information it has been identified that my
communication and convincing skill is not effective which reduce the quality of research
outcome. It has been analysed that while collecting information, respondents do not provide
correct answers which affect the whole process in a negative manner. It has been said that
one of the good thing which is done by the researcher is that my skills has been analysed
which provide me various opportunities in near future. This is the process which requires lot
of time, cost and patience which affects the result as I was quite nervous while
communicating with respondents. Along with this, majority of respondents thinks that it is
one of the most time consuming activity which negatively affects the output of this research.
But at the end of this research, my communicating and time management skill is improved
which aid me nearly in future. I completed my work before deadline and I learnt various

skills which was not part of my personality earlier. This was the only good that I can take
from my project. It has been said that one of the biggest thing which is being learned by me
throughout the whole research is that for producing positive outcome it is essential to gather
high quality information and data.
CONCLUSION
With the aid of above stated report, it is concluded that globalization is the method
which extremely affect the performance of the organization in positive & negative way. It
has also been identified that each and every organization need to adopt effective recruitment
policies which assist in selecting, hiring and recruiting best candidate for the development of
