Administrative etc. Implementation of innovative technologies within the organisation provides

methods are available which are used for collection of data which are known as primary and
secondary. River Island wants to assess the impact of digitisation upon their business activity and
its contribution in the improvement of the performance of different important areas such HR,
Accounting, Administration and production. Their main is to collect the sufficient information
bring changes to attain optimum results. Qualitative method of research is important to grab the
information through the behaviour, gestures, emotions and attitudes. On the other hand,
quantitative method provides the opportunity is to grab the information in quantitative from
through which reliable results are derived (Chih and Zwikael, 2015).
