SUMMARY
Business consultancy is referred as a procedure to plan, formulate and suggest strategies
so that business performance can be improved in a considerable manner. This aspect is used by
those companies which wants to increase their operational efficiencies and effectiveness in a
proper manner. This report is written for Shepard and Dog restaurant which is a UK based local
restaurant which offers seasonal food to their customers. Vision of firm is to expand their
revenues and customer base. This assignment will cover about different tools like PESTLE,
SWOT and porter's five force for business analysis. Also, ideas for actions will be recommended.
SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS

In order to analyse the internal and external environment of Shepard and Dog restaurant,
frameworks like PEST, Porter's five force and SWOT can be used. Information about this tools
