Project management plan is use of specific skills, knowledge, tools and techniques that are
used to delivered value to customer's as per their respective requirement. There are range of
operations as well as activities that needs to be performed in order to complete the project such as
initiation, planning and controlling.
Scope: What activities and tasks as defined in the project must be
done in order to make the project a success?
Scope: The scope of the project is limited as it has only considered study pertaining to talent
management within Morrison. It will cover importance of talent management, key strategies that
are used by firm to gain competitive advantages (Zwikael, Chih and Meredith, 2018).
Milestones: Major events or phases in the project
Milestones: It has been decided that in order to complete the project on talent management
strategies around 2 months will be needed. So the milestones pertaining to the same are: the
initiation will be completed during the 2 weeks, while for planning around 3 weeks will be needed
and for executing 2 weeks and remaining 1week will be need for closure (Cleden, 2017).

plan as individuals are not effectively communicate about their respective task and responsibility in proper
manner that lead in further delay in completion of project.
