operations as well as activities that needs to be performed in order to complete the project such as
initiation, planning and controlling.

done in order to make the project a success?
Scope: The scope of the project is limited as it has only considered study pertaining to talent
management within Morrison. It will cover importance of talent management, key strategies that
are used by firm to gain competitive advantages (Zwikael, Chih and Meredith, 2018).
Milestones: Major events or phases in the project
Milestones: It has been decided that in order to complete the project on talent management
strategies around 2 months will be needed. So the milestones pertaining to the same are: the

project. Such as financial risk as we do not know how the capital or expense needs to be managed so that
optimum outcome or benefits can be gained. There is also risk that project when completed fail to perform
the mission due to lack of operation and skills. Communication risk is addition risk that can impact project
plan as individuals are not effectively communicate about their respective task and responsibility in proper
manner that lead in further delay in completion of project.
Problems encountered
I face challenges or issue such as I was not able to make gathered sufficient detailed but as I make use of
both primary and secondary method. I was able to extract more and more information pertaining to talent
management strategy used by Morrison to gain competitive advantages. At the same time, I face challenge
in organising the project that lead in poor presentation and integration of facts and figure but I have tried
to organised them in well manner.

went well because I have good presentation skills and research that helps me in driving more and more
