INTRODUCTION
This project aims at determine various types of strategies of talent management which
can helps organisation in enhancing their employees performance and retaining them for long
time. As talent management strategies can be used by organisation in order to retain their
employees so that their employees turnover get reduced (Bagheri, Tarokh, and Ziaratban, 2021).
Their are various strategies used by organisation which helps them in increasing their
profitability and productivity. For being an employees motivated, mangers of a company should
have to provide them various strategies in return to stay them for long time. As this can be
rewards and recognition., training and development programmes and growth opportunities. The
organisational which is selected in this report is Nando's organisation. as it is a fast food chain
which was founded in the year 1987. there mangers are working effectively towards employees
retention. This report covers small scale researches and data finding to meet the research
objectives.

It is very essential for the organisation to conduct a effective project management plan
which helps them in properly executing of the activities in very mannered way (Battiston, and
et.al., 2021). It helps the employees in performing their job roles in most nest manner.

This is an essential theory within project management. This theory facilitates project manager in
managing time, cost and resources of their project. These are explained as below;
As Nando is giving opportunities to the managers in making use of talent-management
strategies in the organisation. Which helps them in engaging more with the employees and retain
them longer. This project management plan helps the company in executing their activities in
most effective manner. These activities are discussed below:
Cost: As for providing training and development programmes and at the time of
appreciation, organisation required large amount of investments. So for having this,
company gathers funds from shareholders and financial institution (De Vera Mudry, and
et.al., 2021). In this particular research, the researcher is carrying out primary research so
this required cost to complete it in most effective manner. So the cost which is
undertaken is £ 550.
Scope : Implementation of talent management strategies are more important for the
organisation. As it helps in smooth functioning of all activities in an organisation. In this
project plan, researcher is conducting small scale research and primary research to gather
all information and this results in development of an organisation. This helps them in

researching towards their achievement of their project aims and objectives (Scholl, and

Time : the time is most important to taken out for carrying out all the activities in
effective manner. So, for carried out all the activities of this research a minimum time
which is taken is 10 weeks. Further for making schedule of all the activities WBS and
Gantt chart has taken into use. By the helps of these researcher will be able to complete
these on time.
Quality: The quality will be maintained by a researcher in order to complete this research
project and aims and objectives should be achieved (Berkowitz, Sternberg Jr, and Patel,
2021). The researcher will be able to identify proper and reliable data and information in
order to get true and effective results. Also, if researcher will be able to use true and
reliable information then this will be result in development of a researcher and further
this could help him in future.
Communication : Communication is the next best component of project plan as
researcher is doing primary research and secondary research in order to collect true and
reliable information. So, for having effective communication, the researcher should be
able to communicate better with employees who are fulfilling the questionnaire. The
employees which are selected as a sample in this research are 20. as these are coordinated
to fill this questionnaire form.
Resources and risk: resources and risk are the next component of project management
plan. As in this research, the researcher is making use of various resources like pen, paper
and time and online websites. As researcher is doing questionnaire survey and this helps
in managing all the activities in effective manner (Halász, Zarbin, and et.al., 2021). Then
another risk which is taken in this project plan is lack of getting true information and lack
of respondents interest. These risk are to be taken out in order to conduct this research.
Work breakdown structure
Work break down structure is refers to the deliverables of the project which helps in
managing the work into different sections. It can be determine as a deliverable oriented of work
which can be managed by a team. This helps the investigator in completing all the task and
activities on time and mange according to the given schedule (Huang, Tsai, and Lai, 2021). By
using this research aims and objectives should be fully achieved at definite time period.

A Gantt chart refers to the type of bar chart which can illustrate the schedule of projects.
It can be one of the way of showing all the activities which are displayed against time. It consist
of a chart in which all activities are listed and along with top is suitable time scale. In this each of
the activity is listed on a bar. This helps the investigator in carrying out when each activity starts
and when it ends. By making use of this chart, researcher will be able to conduct this research in
most effective manner and they work on their task on timely basis while completing and
achieving all the objectives and aims (Jorge, and et.al., 2021).

findings. Then it make use of statistics (Kokona, and et.al., 2021). In this particular
research, researcher will be using primary research, which is conducted through
questionnaire survey in order to get true and accurate knowledge and information. It
helps investigator in gaining reliable information. In this particular research, researcher is
conducting analysis within 20 samples of Nando's organisation. These are the employees
of organisation. They are fulfilling this questionnaire form through online survey.
Secondary research : Secondary research is conducted through books and journals and
articles of different authors. It is the base of a research and researcher is using this
literature review in order to collect data and information. This secondary provides in
depth knowledge and information about a particular topic. It is also less costly then
primary research. This helps them in analysing theoretical knowledge about a particular
topic (Oxley, and et.al., 2021).
Sampling : Sampling is a process of selecting some of the samples from large number of
