transformed the workplace within Green king working environment.
• To examine various challenges faced at a time of workplace transformational by

is done in various organizational especially in hospitality industry. So, it brings the
achievement of company goals an change in their process as well.

Literature review
According to Sameroff, and Seifer, (2021) Workplace transformation is working
efficiently after the covid 19 pandemic. They are changing in various techniques and
technologies. Green king is working effectively after covid 19 pandemic. However, they
have faced certain problems at a time of covid 19 pandemic like in supply chain
management, workplace management etc. but now they have to use to it.

Research methodology
• Research method: There are having two approaches of research methods.
Qualitative and quantitative method. Quantitative method includes numerical data
and findings. On the next hand, qualitative method includes non numerical
information. In this study, researcher is using quantitative method which results in
gaining true and reliable information.
• Sampling : Sampling size includes is 30 respondents of the employees of Green
king. These are selected through random probabilistic sampling method which
provides equal opportunity to every respondents.

Conclusion
From the above, it is concluded that company is effectively doing workplace
transformational due to this covid 19 pandemic but many of the employees did not get
satisfied with the process they are using. Further, company is currently working on
proving remote work to the employees in order to stay away from any diseases. Some
of the challenges should be considered.
