 The conflicts and
lack of
communication
between team
members can affect

causing delay in
resource allocation.
 The lack of clarity is one
of the major issue which
causes the conflicts in
team. The project
members have not
known each other
properly and thus the
irregular interaction
between them leads to
absence of clarity in their
roles.
 The lack of team work
skills is one of the
biggest reason for non-
achievement of task. It
causes differences and
lack of coordination
among project
members.
 It is necessary that
resource allocation
must be done on
time. For this
purpose immediate
efforts must be
taken to resolve the
conflicting issues
so that project can
be completed
without these
barriers.
New ideas
and change
of project
direction.
 The new idea and
significant change in
the direction occurred
at the time of
formulation of
project aim and
research questions. In
the research
methodologies no
new concepts or
innovative ideas were
applied.
 The project could also
have achieved more
efficiency if
technological tools were
also used in the planning
phase as well as so that
time management could
have planned in more
better way.
 The resource
availability and limited
time duration to
complete the project
was one of the reason
which restricted the
application of
exploration of any new
and creative idea. The
lack of experience is
also another critical
parameter which
resulted in failure to
achieve this target.
 There were no such
critical or new
ideas were evolved
and thus there is
not need to modify
the targeted time
for this aspect.

What
have I
learnt so
far?
 I have learned the
feedback, reflection
writing, research
methodologies and
various project
management tools. I
have also gained
efficiency in
understanding the
concepts such as
plagiarism,
searching, reflective
practices and
research processes.
 There are certain
elements which are still
pending. The project
management and
completion requires
knowledge of some
technical software so that
critical path for the
project and project
activities can be
managed. It is also
required to learn the
statistical management
and analysis tools so that
project data can be
analyzed and applied to
the project.
 The initial weeks
introduced only
aspects related to
report writing of the
project such as
plagiarism, reflection,
similarity check,
Moodle, Turnitin and
feedback evaluation.
Thus I was not aware
that such kind of
software or technical
knowledge will also be
required for the project
completion and
management.
 It requires huge
modifications in the
target date. Since
the analysis part of
the project will
require higher
degree of accuracy
and efficiency the
knowledge of these
targets is
mandatory. In order
to effectively learn
and identify the
technological needs
it is required that
some additional
time must be given
to this element of
the project.
Planning for
next week.
 Till the next week
project planning will
get completed. Thus
it will mark the
beginning of project
implementation
phase. For
implementing project
all gathered and
researched data will
be organized in
proper manner. The
report writing will
also initiate in the
next week.
 The targets of next week
have not been analyzed
yet. As per the target
various project activities
for the week will be
planned. It has also not
finalized yet that how
reflection and feedback
outcomes will be
addressed to improve the
project deliverable .
 The planning of
implementation
activities depends upon
the precise deliverable
from the previous
weeks. In addition to
this the failure to meet
time, resource shortage
of unavailability can
affect the project
completion. The
feedback can also
make the additional
delay in the project
completion.
 Data analysis may
demand for more
than the targeted
time which will
further delay the
submission. The
project feedback is
also required to
addressed which
will increase the
targeted time
period.
